Complete scam.
Ordered these for Xmas present. Never arrived!
When you email you get response saying similar things each time blaming covid/brexit for delays.
DO NOT BUY.

If I could put 0 stars I would this is a complete scam company who rob you. ordered a Christmas present back in November has never arrived, all communications with the company seem to be via a fake customer service team. Please don’t buy anything from them

Total scam like everyone else says. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered December. Never received. Scam

Awful quality, completely different colour to the picture, not fluffy at all. And took a very long time to arrive

Ordered in November, order is nowhere to be seen. Customer service doesn't even bother answering the emails. They just send templates mentioning either COVID / Brexit / shipment delays and refuse to provide the tracking ref. Scam.

My order was allegedly dispatched on 8 December 2020 but still has not arrived and the tracking has said Processing - Shipment Information received ever since 13 December. I contacted them on 11 January and was told it will be with me within 2 weeks, contacted again on 21 January and told it was undergoing custom clearance and taking unusually long due to Covid so it would be escalated with the shipping company, Contacted again on 8 February and told exactly the same thing word for word. Still no item has arrived 2 months later as of 14 February, the tracking still says exactly the same thing. Based on other experiences it doesn’t look like I’ll be receiving anything!

Ordered item for Xmas and never got delivered. Refusing to issue refund I’m having to take legal action

I suspect these guys are doing some sort of drop-shipping from China which is why delivery takes so long, items are nothing but cheap knock-offs, and the business isn't officially registered. Please report your experiences to Action Fraud - once the police have enough evidence, they can launch an investigation.

Same as everybody else. Ordered in November, no sign of it, claim it's in transit when they're clearly just robbing people. Do not use.

An absolute disgrace of a company, been chasing since the middle of December and still no item received. They were engaging via email initially but now just ignore me, I have raised a dispute with my bank so hopefully, get my money back.

I think my experience will speak for itself if I tell you that I ordered my goods on 9th December and it is now 10th February.

On 1st Jan I received this:

The tracking number is non existent. I received no further correspondence until I chased them up and asked for a refund. They ignored that request until I had asked repeatedly. Eventually they said I could not have one as my order had been 'dispatched'. Apparently it is the fault of Brexit that it has not arrived.

Hilariously I then received this email

No goods, no refund. This is not a company I will ever purchase from again. There is a definite feeling when I talk to them that they are unable to face up to the issues they are experiencing.

Awful service, constantly ignores emails. Have asked for a refund after 7 weeks without my order and they said there would be a 20% cancellation fee even though its not mentioned anywhere on their website. Avoid like the plague

First item incorrectly sized; No internal labelling and, as bought in sale, no refund offered even though photos sent to company to show that item was clearly not size ordered.
Second item, purchased at same time end November 2020 has still not arrived but again no refund as item ‘is in transit’.
Several emails to the Customer services team who thank me for being patient however still no item.
nor any sign of refund.

Absolute dogs! Two months later no order, no update. Just read everyone's recent reviews. As a business owner myself I hate bad reviews as often they're not fair or justified but this is. This company needs to be buried before it causes more people pain and suffering with delays and disappointed expected recipients. Doesn't even deserve a star!!

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD - AVOID!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company! Item that arrived was COMPLETELY different from what was advertised on their website - a clear breach of consumer law. Different colour, different style, different accessories etc. When confronted they would only accept an exchange (why would I want to exchange for another substandard product) and refused a refund. Absolutely abhorrent customer services and continually ignored consumer rights. When you ask customer services a question they don’t like or don’t want to answer they simply don’t! They just ignore you message after message when they don’t have an answer for a legitimate question as they are clearly in the wrong... never seen anything like it!! And you know when they have read your message as it shows up on the social media platforms as read. Unbelievable!

Avoid like the plague and spread this message! They cannot continue to get away with this treatment and clear breaching of the law and our rights.

Genuinely horrendous ordered start of December they keep blaming Brexit for the item not arriving. I asked for a refund they then said they cant refund dispatched orders They then proceeded to tell me in another email the item hadn't yet been dispatched, I then said okay ill take the refund as your t&cs state they then continued to just blame brexit, absolute joke of a company scum of the earth absolute scum of the earth. Ive raisd the issue with the bank and they have sorted! How do you sleep at night mugging people off left right and center? Scumbags should of read all the negative reviews first!
