Deep tissue massage was ordered and that is what was received. Therapist was very aligned with my requests and was very attentive. I was definitely satisfied.

Terrible experience booking my first…
Terrible experience booking my first massage with soothe.com, but I'm so glad I didn't take the membership. The massage therapist showed up 45 mins late, forgot her mask, shut my room's door on my face saying she "needs to breathe" instead of politely asking a few minutes to set things up. Such a terrible service and I regret so much booking a massage through soothe on my birthday.

LMTs DO NOT USE THIS APP
LMTs DO NOT USE THIS APP
Soothe, much like Zeel, swears up and down that they protect their therapists from predators and yet multiple women have come forward with client misconduct and nothing gets done. DO NOT USE MOBILE MASSAGE APPS AS A MASSAGE THERAPIST. You will not be protected at all, as these apps consider you getting out alive as you being fine after being assaulted. All they care about is the “clients safety” and lining their pockets. Throw this app and everyone who runs it in the garbage.

Great massage and the therapist even…
Great massage and the therapist even had knowledge of some valuable stretching techniques they could perform on my hip that helped relieve numbness in my legs and back
Soothe two hour session only with 100 mins massage
I have used both soothe and zeel, and every time i booked two hour soothe massage, it turns out i only get like 100 min massage time. (the therapist arrives late, and take time to set up and pack the stuff) while on zeel i book 90min session and the therapists arrive early and do a real 90 min session.
What is soothe policy on 2 hour massage session ? Using 20 mins for setting up and packing seems really unfair and overcharged. Zeel feels much more professional and did not cheat on customers!

I was unwittingly signed up to a soothe.com subscription and after 12 months realised that I had had monthly instalments deducted from my credit card totalling more than $1,000. Before realising the company was legitimate my bank cancelled my card and investigated the withdrawals as fraudulent. Having realised the company was legitimate I then spoke with soothe who said that if the bank investigation was withdrawn they would refund me the full amount. After withdrawing the investigation soothe do not return my calls or emails, and will not refund me the amount. Completely fraudulent.

App is bad. Not interested in finding out more
This is a review of the app, which is so mediocre that I did not proceed with booking a massage with this company.
The app basically only offers you the option to book a "blind" session, in which you are not able to select what therapist will come based on their feedback or you prior experience. Lunacy.
I immediately uninstalled the app.

Charged a $20 cancellation fee even when the app had indicated the cancellation there would be no fee. Called to ask for a refund and they refused.

Horrible company that is keeping my money even though I haven’t been able to use their services since 2017 due to military relocation and Soothe not having services in my area.

Beware soothe is stealing money from…
Beware soothe is stealing money from their customers during this Covid crisis.
I just went through my credit card statement and noticed they have been billing me $135 per month since March when Covid started. They say I signed up for Soothe plus which is a monthly subscription to receive 20% discount although I have used soothe for a few years with many massages which would say I am a very good customer of theirs. They are saying I signed up for a reoccurring membership at the beginning of a pandemic and has never use their service since January 2 months before I so-called signed up for the reoccurring membership when I contacted them and told them there was no way I would have signed up because they’re not even supplying service during the pandemic and as of today they’re still not supplying service in my area so for me to sign up for a membership it’s just ridiculous. So even though they agree and can’t show me I signed up for anything they’re only willing to give me back 1/2 of my money so basically the outcome is they fraudulently signed me up they steal $1000 from my credit card account and because of my inconvenience they’re willing to pay me back half! That sounds like a great business strategy what a company! Consumer beware I would go to Zeel or one of the other apps and stay clear of these thieves. Again this is coming from a two-year customer that has spent over $5000 with their company. So if they’ll do it to me will do it to you

No one ever turned up
No one ever turned up, our card has been charged, and I can’t access the app to find out what is going on. We have been waiting at home for our massages and have no idea if they are coming late or not at all. Whenever I try password reset to access the app again it just says that the link is invalid. Chat is down. We wanted to relax and now feel way more stressed and are down over £200. Awful.

Definitely Recommend
Great company, High standards of therapists, definitely recommend
Great Massage!
Great massage experience! Wish the app would give you an eta on when they are arriving though.
Awful end to end. Use any other service.
1) Masseuse was very moody/upset from the get go. 2) They overcharged my card and have been completely unwilling to admit fault of correct this. 3) Their support staff is pretty incompetent. 4) The sign up/referral credit is a bait and switch.
Awful experience end to end. It's a shame their leadership has such an awful attitude towards customer care because I went in hoping to be a subscriber for a long time, but they lost my business within a few days. Use a competitor, this company sucks.
