The app is difficult to navigate if you want to try a new provider. Also, the massage therapists are routinely late or cancel on the same day after confirming.

Great experience

Great experience! As a first time user, I was skeptical to say the least. I have to admit that I was quite impressed by the level of professionalism and skill of both therapists (my wife and mine). Julia and Michelle did a great job! They arrived before time and provided a terrific massage experience. I normally don't provide reviews but in this case i felt that i should. Keep up the great work!

Soothe is great

Soothe is great! And after great massage I get to crawl into my own bed afterwards instead of drive...whats better than that?!

Not great

Edit: Error has been corrected but took me two weeks to resolve, 5 phone calls, emails, and taking the time to write reviews online. The massage was not that great and there still seems to be lack of communication with in the company. I will personally not be using them again.
Original Review:
Horrible! I purchased a gift card as a
valentines day and it was stolen. Tired to at least get a store credit but customer service does NOT care. NEVER followed up with me. Put the calling back on me even though they said a supervisor would call back. Literally "lead" me around for OVER a week saying they were working on it and provided ZERO resolution. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT GRANTEE THEIR SERVICES!!

She was amazing

She was amazing! Very accommodating and professional! She gave an amazing massage and had me sleeping like a baby!

Good First Experience

The masseuse was knowledgeable, asked me questions, checked my posture, and adjusted her treatment based on my needs. Was polite, professional, and did a good job. Would use Soothe again though it is a bit pricey since they come to your home.
