I'm so glad I look into the reviews first... this shop caught my eye from an ad on Facebook of a cute jacket 44£. I wanted to check their instagram and that's what I found something was wrong... private instagram? Who makes a private instagram if you selling stuff? So I search for reviews and thank me i didn't purchase anything. This shop should be closed, this is a scam!!!!!

I ordered a coat in October and all good , then it went wrong . Delivered very late after hassling them . It finally arrived and was awful , cheap looking , ill fitting . So I returned in on the label they said and paid postage
They then inform me wrong label and we are at near end of December and no refund. Shocking service and do not purchase from this company

Although stated Sophie Rose London, it is in fact a Chinese company. The goods take AGES to arrive and when they do, they are of inferior quality, far too small and certainly not like the photos. Then, try and return the goods and it is a NIGHTMARE! Not only does it cost a fortune to return to China, but there is no guarantee you will see your money again! This has happened to me a few times, when I have ordered goods from different named companies thinking them to be British and they have indeed come from China. Oh PLEASE bring back shops where we can see and feel goods and know EXACTLY what we are buying!

Do not order the biggest scammers! My order never arrived and they kept just saying it would come with nothing else.

A coat from this company caught my eye when it was advertised to me on Facebook and after some research I found it on AliExpress. The coat was £45 (“discounted” from £100) on the Sophia Rose website and on AliExpress it’s actually £15. Please avoid paying money to this company and any other companies like it. One big giveaway is when a company doesn’t have their own logo printed on their items - ask yourself why !!

Horrendous, they do not send you what you think you have ordered, it's almost laughable how bad it is. They then try to offer you a discount. Basically just scammers and they are doing it to everyone.

Ordered a reversible fleece seen it was on discount from £110 to £54.95. Googled the image to find it on Amazon for £31.99. Shocking!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Wish I'd looked at reviews before buying.
The wrong size was received, smaller than ordered, and although the quality wasn't brilliant, they agreed to send a replacement. It arrived and was smaller than the first, and the quality was worse.
Now they say I received the correct items

Do not buy from this company not uk it’s in china I’ve been trying to get a refund now given up as they just reply with offer after offer finally got a returns form but by the time it gets back it will be over the 14 days so no refund useless customer service and tone of emails not very pleasant

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Would leave zero stars if I could. Clothes arrived and the state of them is laughable. They’re made from material that a charity shop would refuse. Think of the worst possible material for children’s fancy dress, maybe something knocking about in the dress up box at the back of drama class as a kid. The sizing is all completely off. Ordered what should’ve been a size 16, in measurements, it’s around a size 8-10. One item I bought from these scammers is a 2 piece set with a print on it. The print is PIXELATED?! It’s like a kid has had a go for their GCSE. Gets better.. when asking for a refund (which is assuringly “guaranteed” on their website on every page) I was offered 20% of my money back and a discount on a future order! In what world would I order from these scam jobs again! As if! Am now having to go through my bank to recoup my money on the grounds of fraudulent and false advertising and mis selling of goods.

Ordered 2 watches and they never turnt up. Emailed customer services to be told to wait abit longer. Waited another week still nothing. Emailed now over 4 times wanting a refund and guess what they haven't responded back.....AVOID AVOID AVOID AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

BEWARE! This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade in the UK. They are a Chinese company masquerading as a UK company. Goods come from Southall in London but they only accept returns to China, minimum return cost is £20. Returns must be received in China within 14 days of delivery of goods but they delay providing a returns form till it’s too late for goods to be received in China with 14 days. This means they don’t have to refund money. The information stating returns have to go to China is hidden in their Terms of Service. They offer 15% or max 30% compensation if you keep the item but who would want to?
The quality of the garments is very poor, nothing like the photos on their site. They use very cheap material and the clothes look nothing like what’s advertised.
Avoid this company, they shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on Facebook.
also, there is nowhere on their site allowing customers to write a review. That says it all!

There should be a experience with minus stars. This place has taken a month to deliver. The tracking they give is a waste of time as does not update until you complain. The clothing is thin and rubbish. 5 jackets bought all same size, 3 nearly fit and 2 are about 2 sizes too small. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I doubt this is a London based company as shown on website. Read all the reviews before you get caught!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! The website may look genuine, but their products are very poor and both their returns policy and customer service are nothing short of shocking. Along with a lot of other people, I gave up and we are all out of pocket😡

Dreadful company have blocked my emails. Disgusting behaviour and they claim they’ve delivered the item when they haven’t. I think there should be more people can do to stop this type of company but I’ve tried everything now. Please please always read reviews on here first before ordering anything online. I’ve learnt my lesson and will never do it again. I have no words for this horrible company that are printable.

I ordered a jacket ( sack ) online, after reading recent reviews prior to receiving the garment I hesitantly awaited it’s arrival. I didn’t hold much hope.

‘It ‘ arrived this morning, and I can honestly say ‘ what a load of old rubbish’ it’s basically nothing short of an unlined, felt tent shaped, sack!
It actually reminds me of that 1970s film
‘Don’t look now’ and the little Red coated person!
Rather than the rigmarole of returning and the stress involved, it can go to a charity shop.
In future, I will never be tempted into buying from fake online stores that are basically from China.

Awful company!!! Bought a jacket from them but sizing is completely wrong and very poor quality. Still trying to return it to their London address for a refund but the return address they offer is in china!!!! Awful. Also wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered the dress and the sizing was off. I emailed to ask to return, and kept getting “offers” to keep the item as they are all about “sustainability”. Finally gave me the return address which is in China even though they have represented theirselves as a UK based company. I took a refund of 30% because it was less hassle and was going to give the dress to a friend. When I tried it back on the strap snapped immediately. Now the company are refusing to sort anything out because I already took an offer and are refusing to let me know how I can make a formal complaint. Do not buy from here it’s not worth it!
