I ordered what looked like a nice jacket…quality turned out to be dreadful…
I asked to return the garment, after being offered a deal , keep the garment and they would refund 15% of the cost!! I refused ..asking for return details, I was told it had to be posted to China!! Even though it has a uk return address on it. I feel this is to induce me into keeping it!!!

Absolute scam company are NOT In the uk faulty goods returns only to CHINA buyers beware this company scams its customers had to report to PayPal and Facebook

I purchase a black jacket, it was very poor quality and returned it. Now they are refusing to give me a refund as I didn’t have tracking no. Raging. Just thieves.

BEWARE- gives customers the impression they are UK based & have several alias companies too - product is nothing like the pic - shabby fabric poor quality - now want me to pay £15 or so to return to China - all they want to do is offer a discount to keep the item - now raising a claim through Paypal in the hope of support - luckily my order was only £30 - not even 1 star

Well, really wished I'd read the reviews. I've given it 2 stats although nearly gave one but wanted to be fair. First order item was fine. Not the best fabric but I liked the style. However, I should have stopped there! I ordered another jacket same colour and style but smaller

Item was nothing like what is offered. Tatty fabric and horrible colour.
Now battling for refund.
So my opinion do not buy from them
Although it says London in their title. This is a China based company with terrible after care service. Beware

This is just an awful company. Ordered a cardigan, took 2 weeks to come and then it wasn’t what I had ordered. Sent numerous emails asking for a refund and they just fobbed me off offering me discounts.
Still awaiting refund

Wouldn’t even give one star. Ordered a jacket took weeks to come then received what can only be described as a tracksuit top nothing like what I ordered. Tried to return the item but was told I needed to send the package back to China even though the company is supposed to be London based. After numerous emails was offered 30% refund for an item I didn’t even want but decided to cut my losses. Awful quality, awful experience and will never buy anything again. Avoid at all cost!

Ordered a dress from here, shows that the company is based in London, however the delivery took a long time and the Quality of the dress was very poor. Photos of dress show that there is lining down to the waistband however lining honey comes Halfway down the bodice and does not match up with the stitching. Also and requested a return took me three Emails to actually be granted return and then was told I had to return it to China even though the website shows the UK based in that dress would cost half of what the dress cost.

It was awful experience. I ordered new black jacket and delivery was very slow over 3 weeks. When I open it , and shocked to see it, jacket was poor quality and cheaper material. I emailed them for return label and fully refund . They won’t refund . I am shocked !! Can’t find their address .
I am big mistake !! Shame on them !!

This is a complete and utter scam - avoid! The quality of the products is dreadful! The website leads you to believe that they are a UK company, they are not! The parcel has a return address on it, as the website does not, this address on the parcel is false. You will not got a refund. They should be stopped. Complete SCAM.

I wish I had read the reviews , I do order clothes on line from UK companies and have has great service , so I assumed this was no different ! How wrong could I be , my garment took nearly a month to arrive , it was shocking quality and nothing like the description. Returning is impossible , they try to fob you off first with one of their ridiculous offers , then eventually you are given an address in China to post yourself and pay costs ! Disgusting. This company should not be trading .

Having ordered whilst overseas I have now returned home and the items are a joke, shocking quality and not as described. Companies like this should be stopped from trading😡. Having read other reviews guessing complete waste of time trying to get a refund!

Garment was hideous quality and very poorly made. After many emails back and forth they finally gave me a return address, which was in China. The cost to return the garment was almost as much as the garment itself. Terrible company.

Dodgy Chinese brand not to call it a scam. If you make a return it goes to China and you have to for pay it. The item I purchased particularly was of cheap quality and manufacturing, so waste of money as I had to return it. Customer service very annoying.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I would give zero stars if I could. The clothes I purchased did not fit and were of poor quality. Firstly they were meant to be delivered in 5 days but took 2,5 weeks. secondly the fabic was very poor quality and the sizes are not anywhere near normal UK sizes. When I contacted Sofia Rose to return the itmes, they did their best to ensure I did not return the clothes.Eventually giving me an address in China, even when their website sofia rose of London, and email ends in .co.uk. The cost to return is more than the purchase value. How can this be correct? It is a major scam and they should be arrested. I only hope that others read the reviews first and not be scammed out of their hard earned money.

stay well away, the items take ages to get to you and then the quality is poor. You try to return and they will try always to get you to keep the items and if you push that, they want the items back in china in 2 weeks. BE WARNED

Never had my delivery and have asked numerous times for a refund and all they say is the item is on its way to you!!
They say they can’t issue a refund. Scam do not order from these!!!!

Terrible products of inferior quality and try to get you to return to Asia to put you off. Avoid at all costs!
