Scammed, Delivery took 3 weeks, returned next day priority shipping they refused to accept return, added more to my order than was requested and took money from my account for unordered items. Refused refund saying items returned too late as they clearly incorporated the 3 week delivery as part of their returns timeline. 1 item I did order was like something completely not as described. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!!

This is the worst company I had a misfortune of dealing with. First of all their name Sophia Rose London has nothing to do with London. They are based in China. Delivery takes nearly a month and when you get the goods they do not resemble pictures or their description. Quality is well beyond poor, no details of composition, garments look feel really cheap. As for returns? Don’t even try. They don’t accept returns unless you pay for postage to China or they offer you a credit voucher. They will not refund more than 10% of the value. Complete and utter scum! Don’t believe a word written on their website. It’s all misrepresentation. I normally don’t post bad reviews but I’m so disgusted by the company including their customer support that I had to warn prospective customers. Just DON’T !!!!

SCAM COMPANY!! Do not buy anything from this site. They refuse to refund a penny. Despite me sending the item back to the address marked on the returns label. Shameless fraud. Avoid at all costs

It appears to me that there are a number of sites like this advertising on Facebook, different names but when you go onto the site the layout is same. They all state they are London based, but I suspect they are all China based. Have bought from a similar site a couple of years ago and the clothing was abysmal.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ORDER A JACKET WHICH WAS ADVERTISED ON INSTAGRAM as thought they were in the UK BUT ARE BASED IN CHINA!! IT HAS TURNED UP TODAY AND THE QUALITY IS SHOCKING!!!! The fabric is terrible one match near this and it would melt and shrivel up. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I ordered from this company from an Instagram advert. I thought they were UK based. The jacket took 2.5 weeks to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong colour, the sleeves were too short, it was the wrong size and the quality of the fabric was shocking. I then discovered they were a Chinese company and they kept offering solutions for me to keep the item and not refund me (discounts, etc). Eventually after 5 x emails they agreed to refund me 30% but I'm not holding my breath. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE! SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! CHINESE COMPANY PRETENDING TO BE UK BASED! WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, PROVIDE INCORRECT SUBSTANDARD GOODS THEN MESS YOU AROUND OFFERING DISCOUNTS. I RETURNED MY ITEM AT GREAT EXPENSE TO CHINA, BEING TOLD IT WOULD ARRIVE IN 5 DAYS. 2 WEEKS LATER THEY CLAIM STILL NOT TO HAVE RECEIVED IT. I AM NOW £50 OUT OF POCKET WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT EXCEPT SCRIPTED EMAILS AND A LOAD OF BULLSH*T.

I wish I could give them a minus review as I have been SCAMMED by this so so say company based in London from a social media advertising
The clothes are absolutely rubbish they come from CHINA The sizing is all over the place for the 4 items I ordered I would be ashamed to give them to a Charity shop
Alarm bells should have rung when my order which should have take 5-12 days didn’t arrive I had ordered some items to take on holiday
They arrived whilst I was away sat outside my house thought Royal Mail should’ve done that but another label was underneath from CHINA
There was no receipt in the bag & no way to return the items
I have written emails to this so say company which I believe to be registered in Holland & also complained to my Credit Card Company
This company needs to be taken off ff social media & closed down
Someone needs to be held responsible for these SCAMMERS

Do not buy anything from this company, I placed an order for over £50 and got a 30% refund for shoddy, smelly goods. They bombard you with ‘special offers’ to delay you returning the goods to them and only give you a return address as a last resort. They ARE NOT a UK company and expect you to return their atrocious goods to China within a certain amount of time, which would be impossible. It took almost a month for my shipment to arrive so how are you expected to get their goods to them in 14 days. Steer well clear!

Scam. do not buy. ordered a one piece, got a 2 piece suit and they won't accept a return. I'm having to dispute through my credit card.

Total scam & beguile company, based in China not London. Delivery is weeks not days. Clothing is dreadful, cheap & nasty quality. Won’t honour refunds only a 20% refund or discount on your next purchase until you escalate and then you have to return to China tracked at your expense & no guarantee they will refund you. Raised with PayPal & they shockingly turned down my appeal in their favour !!!! Their reviews on their website are totally fictitious, I so should have done my research before!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

The quality and fit of clothing was appalling, thought I was ordering from genuine British site.

The email response was rude and condescending, please avoid this company at all costs.

Same as many of the reviews below. Extremely poor quality clothing. I would not use it in a dogs bed. I believed it was a Uk based company. As based in China they do not have to comply with UK consumer rights laws and you cannot obtain a refund. I have learnt my lesson and have shared my experience with so many people.

Terrible.. horrible cheap felt coat which would fit a child with missing press stud.. offered 15% refund..which I refused..asked for a return address which I wasn't given now they have said they've sent out another one which i dont believe..I didn't want the first one.. avoid at all cost.. wish I had.. doubt it's in London 🙈

Please DO NOT order from this company. The clothes are poor quality and they will not arrange returns for you. They offer a percentage refund then expect you to pay for return postage. Save yourself some hassle.
