Absolute rubbish, I fell for it, cheap and nasty, you can’t speak to them and they keep you hanging on for days for a reply from your email.
Then the return address is china, where you can’t return.

Scam site, avoid. Exactly like the other reviews ordered a jacket took ages to arrive and was not fit for purpose. I tried to get a
return address but they kept offering 20per cent refund. Avoid at all costs. Lesson learnt always check reviews.

Beware of using this company if you need to return the goods you have to return them to CHINA within 14 days
The cost of doing this from the UK is prohibitive and the fact that it will take 8-11 days for goods to reach China makes it impossible to get your money back. You can only speak to the company by email . They did offer me a 35% discount as the goods were unsuitable for my needs but this was unsatisfactory as I didn’t want the poor quality goods

Was really looking forward to receiving my orange ‘Dixie’ jacket and thinking how lovely it would be for the Autumn!!!!
This product is a nasty, itchy, cheap felt and after trying it on in front of my daughter, was told I look like Paddington Bear!
This product is only fit for a child’s craft session of sticking and glueing !!
I’m not usually one for being stupid with online shopping , but like many reviews, I read it was a UK company.
Lesson to myself….don’t buy from Facebook or Instagram.
Cutting my losses and chucking this disgusting item in the bin!

Product awful. They are based in China. They won't refund and offer lots of different solutions. It will cost £16 to send back from the Uk so you in the end give up. Terrible.

They are trying everything to not credit, give me a voucher, 20% off, saying they don't take returns or credits complete crooks don't be fooled!

The jacket I bought is badly stitched, puckered and made from felt. Nothing like the advert. They apologise profusely when I complained but still no refund. Do not buy from this company. Their stuff comes from China.

Thieving b'stards. Same experience as everyone else. Will be going through credit card company to try and get monies returned. Hoping that the system actually returns the monies out of their thieving pockets, rather than the credit card companies, so it will hit them where it hurts. However I suspect that most people give up and use the items for cleaning cloths and Sophia Rose UK (what a joke) get away with it.

Horrendous. Bought a jacket, advertised as 100% cotton. It's 95% polyester and 5%spandex. Horrific material. Emailed to arrange a return. Said I was not eligible because it was a sale item as clearly informed on the website. It does not say this anywhere, it even states able to return with 100% refund, directly beneath the product. They refused to provide the details to return the jacket and offered me 20% refund, then 25%, then 30% but said I only had 14 days to return it. It's taken 10 emails and 1 full week for them to provide a return address. The address is in China!!!! Not London as per email/website. Even if I had the inclination to return it and pay for postage, they wouldn't receive it within the 14 day time frame. Clearly a scam of a business, which uses false information on the products and website. AVOID at all costs.

I ordered a jacket costing £30.51 which, when it finally arrived after several weeks, turned out to be cheaply made rubbish manufactured in China.
I returned it to the distributor as per clear instructions on the parcel - to “address all returns to:4PX ExpressUK Co Ltd, Unit 5 Trident Way, Southall UB2 5LF.” Sophia Rose denied all knowledge of receipt.
Subsequent research on 4PX FULFILLMENT (UK) LTD.uncovered a post on another site about being scammed by a user using this forwarding company and it was also going to China.
I have asked Sophia-Rose for a refund 6 times in as many emails - they initially offered 25%, then 50% - a complete joke as I am sure this would never have materialised
I am so angry about this (and with myself for not double checking!) that I fully intend to report to the Federal Trade Commission, the China Consumers Association (CCA) and the UK Trading Standards authority. I will also send a report to my credit card provider, although in this case it is the principle and not the money.

This company tried to tell me that the returns policy stating no returns on sale items was clearly on the website but it isn’t on there at any point. The clothes are utter rubbish, poor quality and nothing like they show on the website. Please stay well away from Sophia Rose. They are not in London and the whole company is a complete scam, they only got 1 star on this review as there were no 0 stars available. I will be going to Trading standards and taking this further if they don’t refund asap .

I wish I had read these reviews too - awful experience. Extra delivery charges snuck in, really long wait for delivery, then the product is horrible. Low quality fabric, shapeless, not at all as the photo. I'll never order from them again.

I'm only giving 1 star because it's not possible to give 0. Delivery takes ages, and the clothing is complete tat, you would never be able to sell it other than online. They refuse to give more than 20% refund when you try to make a return. It's basically just a scam, being run out of China. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT ORDER If I could give it zero I would. Total scam, clothes are nothing like those advertised and cannot return only offered 20% goodwill payment.

Doesn’t even deserve 1star , the outfit I ordered really poor quality thought it was a jumpsuit as per site but a 2 piece and trousers are more like a size 0 , have asked to return only to be told can’t return but they will offer me 20% back 😡😡 don’t order from here scammers !!

As other reviews have said trying to return an item seems impossible. Took ages to arrive and I am being offered 20%discount so I dont return it . I have said no to this but I will have to contact my credit card to see what can be done

Do no use this company SCAM

Gave 1 star because 0 stars not an option. Claim to offer fast UK delivery. This is a lie. It took 2 weeks at least. They are a scam company operating out of China. The clothing is tat and ill fitting and if you try to return it they will offer you 20, 25, 35% refund and an exchange. For more tat...no thank you. I only eventually received their address after reporting to paypal but it was going to cost £20 to return it to China. This is address they gave me

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My order arrived, terrible, awful quality. They told me I couldn’t have a full refund as I bought it in the sales. They offered me a 20% discount. This is not correct. I am waiting to hear.
