DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Common theme for this site & wish I had read the reviews on here instead of ones on their website! Total scam, clothing of poor quality you wait weeks for delivery possibly due to items coming from China & not London! After wanting to return item I was also only offered 20% refund! Like others I will be reporting them!

I wish I’d read the review before ordering as I’m now in the same position trying to obtain a refund which is proving very difficult although I’ve not given up yet! My order took three weeks and the quality of the items doesn’t warrant the original or sale price. Avoid this company.

I’ve received agreement to a full refund once I have returned the items to China! They’ve mentioned in the email in rare cases sometimes the items are lost in transit which raises alarm bells on whether I will actually receive the refund but I will send the items back and see.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Your order will take weeks to arrive and when it does the quality of the items are so poor and they smell disgusting. When you ask for a refund they will tell you that they can only refund you 20% of the cost which is illegal as you can cancel any online order within 14 days of receipt for a FULL refund. This applies to sale items too. It remains to be seen if I will ever see my refund but I fully intend to pursue them for a refund. This company is shambolic and possibly even a scam site. BEWARE

My experience is the same as the other reviews I have now read and wish I had read before. I ordered 3 items and they took weeks to arrive, They are cheap fabric, sized way too small and they are ignoring my requests for their returns process and emails have been going back and forth for a week now, getting nowhere. Emails have no signature and "they"are saying they cannot take back the bikini due to "health & hygiene" reasons. Feel very cross about this and will also report them.

SCAM. Took over 3 weeks for order to arrive. Ordered a medium and it looks like an extra small. Quality is shocking. They won't allow me to return for a refund offering 20% of what I paid back. Avoid at all cost.

It was no better than a dishrag. All attempts to contact by email have been ignored. Only use this company if you are happy to throw your money away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Professional scammers. Say they do 24 hour support and accept returns and they don't. They take you money and run. Another Chinese company taking your money. Clothes are so small they would fit a doll !!!

Wouldn’t give them a 1 star!!! I’ve also been a victim of fraud and duped reading they are in London… spent £97 and want to return all items due delivery taking 3 weeks, they are refusing to send a return label and offered 20% discount as a refund!!! I’ve argued via 6 emails regarding their returns policy and T&C’s. Now in the process of reporting to trading standards and credit card company.

DO NOT buy from this company , I wish I’d read these reviews rather than the ones on the website . As suggested it is a total scam . THS goods are shipped from
China , are extremely poor quality and when try to return they offer you 20 % of the price you paid and to pay postage back to China . The goods don’t look anything like on the website and the fact it suggests in Sophia Rose London also a total sham . Multiple emails later I still haven’t received any reassurance of a refund and I won’t be paying additional postage back to China , I’m already £60 out of pocket . I should have known that this was a scam with the low prices

Total Scam. Product awful. Asked to return and they offered me 20% of the purchase price as they said it was advertised as a sale price (they didn’t) Chinese company - avoid. I’ve been ripped off. Will check reviews before I buy again from the internet.

Total scam.£96down the drain .website says london this is a lie they are from China. Material is so thin. And size fits a large doll. Not a adult woman please don't waste your money .you can not return items they should be done for false advertising .

Total scam of a website making out trading in Uk but hidden behind Chinese company. All items on sale but they dot allow returns of sale items. Clothing not correct sizing so all too small and poor quality. Not 5-12 days delivery more like over 3 weeks

This is a scam. They tried to tell me I couldn’t have a refund, as sale item, offered 50% voucher.
Finally agreed to 100% after I questioned their policy and quality of items. I have send to this address at my own cost!!

Out fit was made from shower curtain material absolute load of rubbish wated of £40. Shocking! This company is NOT UK!!!!

I also feel scammed as exactly what is said in the below reviews also happened to me. I have bought from unknown websites before but always check their return policy and have been able to return items, but they will not give a refund as they say it is during the “sale period” (which is not mentioned on their website), and the item was not on sale. Will be reporting to Trading Standards. SCAM!!

Absolute shambles of a company waited 19 days for the parcel to arrive after contacting them on numerous occasions to find out it was coming from CHINA. After receiving the goods £66.87 worth found they were too small and not of good quality. contacted them to say I wanted to return and get a full refund but they insisted that I couldnt and offered me 25% then 35% then 50% and I have told them I have opened a dispute with my bank for the full amount and have sent them their return policy (screenshot) and said I am now gunning for them and WILL get a full refund. Does anyone have their return address as I need it to send the clothing back so that I have proof it has been sent and tracked so that my bank will dispute it and give me a refund? If anyone has please can you POST IT ON HERE as they are not willing to give me it.
