Shocking poor quality
And no mention in the return policy of being offered a ‘deal’ 10 then 35% of the value ?! And this is NOT stated in their policy as they tell you it is.
After I refused, this they agreed to me returning to CHINA at my cost knowing that would cost as much as the goods also this will take weeks taking you outside the time of acceptable return to give you a refund
Shouldn’t be allowed to continue misleading consumers

Absolute scam! I bought a jacket from Sophia Rose. Worst quality ever! They won't do returns due to sale items but no where on their own website do they stipulate this. How do we report these people... absolute fraudsters

Having read the reviews below, I also wish I’d read trust pilot about them. Pour quality, dreadful fit and no refund as they were on “sale”.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I wish I had read these reviews. I read that they were a UK based company that was closing down their physical store and selling stock online to clear inventory. I would have NEVER bought if it wasn't a UK based store. The clothes took forever to come and they are cheap, terrible terrible quality. Reporting them to trading standards and my credit card company, because obviously they are not cooperating via email to issue refunds. Eventually all of these scammers will have not market to sell to as consumers will only purchase from UK based businesses.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this company.
Absolutely awful quality, long time to deliver and saying I can't return as the items were on sale.
Legally you have a cooling off period for buying sale items online which this company is ignoring.
I'm in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards.
Do not purchase from them, clothes look nothing like the photos, cheap poorly made items that are only fit for the bin.

Avoid!! Terrible quality. Very low end. Incredibly cheap!! Only got a 20% refund. Im so sad that they took my money! I should have read reviews. This company should be shut down. What they advertise is not what they sell.

As many have said I feel totally duped by this Awful company & I am a smart cookie! Clearly not as smart as I thought! I checked they were UK based before I ordered & the returns policy. My goods arrived damaged and when I requested a refund in full plus costs they refused and sent me another jacket which I don't want as the quality is crap! Not yet received . I have taken this up with Paypal who are pursuing this on my behalf. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are not who they say they are and are advertising as UK based which we all now know is in China. I am also reporting to UK trading standards.

Should have looked on here first. Seems everyone has had the 3 week wait, once arrived item is terrible quality and can only return for 20% of the original price.. SCAM!!

It took a few weeks to receive the order however when I emailed the company I received an immediate response apologising for the delay and assuring me the order was on its way. When the garment was received it was as advertised and good value. I am satisfied with the product

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had researched the company more and read these reviews before I bought. The clothing comes from China, although the online shop implies it is based in London. I ordered a jacket which took two and a half weeks to arrive, and when it did the quality was horrendously cheap and looks nothing like the photo on the website. As many other reviewers have said, when you go to ask for a refund you are told at first, they will not refund on sale items (but all items are supposedly in the sale!) and I was then offered a 20% refund, then a 30% refund and eventually a 50% refund. I insisted on the full refund and only then was I given the address to return the item to- in China!! Obviously, it’s not worth sending it back as they have asked for it to be tracked, so the cost of that will be equivalent to the cost of the jacket! .
I would never ever buy from a company like this again, and urge anyone considering it to go elsewhere. It is a total waste of time and money.

My order finally arrived - 3 weeks after ordered. I had to keep contacting the company. Terrible company. Awful product. Poor quality fabric and cut, product finish is dreadul!
Not bothering to return as cost is all down to me! Product not worth the return postage to China!!!!

Refund promise is spurious - claims to offer refund if not 100% satisfied, but their entire range of clothing seems to be discounted and they will not refund discounted goods. Do not buy from this company.

The clothing I received was very poor quality and fit.
I contacted the company to return the items and they said no refunds on sale items but as a gesture they would offer me a 20% refund. I have checked their website and cant find anywhere that says they do not offer refunds but quite the opposite it says if you are not 100% satisfied you will get a full refund. Avoid these scammers.

Well searched and searched the website before I ordered to make sure it wasn’t a Chinese based company and found nothing infact the only thing I found was that they are uk based and closing their London store to move online only unfortunately I found out after I ordered that this isn’t true and they are a Chinese company shipping from China.
2 weeks later and my order has still not arrived and the tracking link provided doesn’t show updates.
I’m not going to chase or mail the company as given the reviews on here I can see I’m going to get anywhere so I’m cutting my loses and only ordering from known companies going forward 😔

Terrible experience feel like company is a scam and only ordered as looked like expensive items at bargain prices but the item arrived after many weeks then package went missing. After weeks of emailing and asking for refund and not replacement they tell me the replacement is shipped. They don't listen to the customer just keep replying with same message. Very disappointed!!! I now have open case with Barclays to get my refund.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This Company is based in China. Your order will come from China and will take 2-3 weeks. The product is of very poor quality and the sizing is not accurate. Their entire range of clothing is discounted and they will not refund discounted goods. They eventually offered me a 20% refund if I returned to China track & trace. If I had not paid via PayPal I believe I would never have seen my money again. Please, please, please do not order from this company.

Awful customer service. The dress was late to arrive so I couldn't wear it for the wedding I had bought it for. They wouldn't refund the dress as I was out of the 14 day period (I was away for the wedding). The quality is not great so I am unlikely to wear it for anything else.

I placed an order on 19 August for what, on the face of it, looked like a very nice two piece outfit.

On 28 August I was advised it was on the way.

On 1 September email saying "it's on its way" and "I am very happy everything is going smoothly".

On 5 September "your order will arrive soon".

Eventually delivered 15 September!

Quality, sizing, fabric and so much more absolutely disgusting.

They note they are UK based and when I click on the pin for their location, it brings up my address. On searching this comes up:

They won't give me a return address to send back to and say the usual "can't return sale items" which is against the Distance Selling rules. Offered a 20% refund and then a 35% refund or 50% voucher.

They are now ignoring my messages.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE.
