I emailed to start a return & was advised no return on sale items, offered me 20% discount if I keep items
I have threatened with trade descriptions & bad press will update
Don’t use them & I notice lots of other companies using same pictures & saying closing down sale!

total crap. ordered some wide fitting orthopedic shoes. took ages to arrive despite “ being in stock”. when they arrived they were anything but wide fit. wouldn’t even fit a geisha girl asked for a replacement to be asked for 8.4£ ( their typing not mine) told them i wanted a refund. advised r they don’t give refunds for sale items. but as a gesture they would give me 20% wow big deal. no uk address so unlikely to be able to pursue via testing standards. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I ordered a jacket which I saw on a Facebook reel.it took 2 weeks to deliver.i didn't like the material and chose to return it.i have Been offered a 30% refund but it did not state this on the reel I saw it on.it said 14 day return ...I will not buy from them again unless I get a full refund

I purchased some items and when they arrived the product was really cheap looking so I attempted to send them back. I tried to contact them 3 times through their customer service link but I was ignored. Eventually they replied to advise they don’t do returns or refunds on any discounted items. (everything on their site was discounted). I was offered 20% of one item to spend on their website. They claim they are closing down and have written a lengthy post for customers to think they are getting an absolute bargain but you aren’t getting a bargain, they have no integrity at all and are lying to their customers. For this reason I would avoid buying from this company.

This company are a sham, the dress I ordered was no thicker than a pair of tights and nothing like the pictures if stood too close to a fire you would melt, absolutely appalling ao I emailed for an address to send it back and over 2 was I have been told no refund on sales, 20% 30% 50%refund or a token to buy something else they also asked me for £8.35 extra for admin costs I have today been sent an address in China which they want it sent back signed for!!! In the 14day refund time or I won't get my money back unfortunately we have gone over that time so i imagine if i pay for the postage they wont refund anything with the 14day policy.They are con merchants !!

Really awful company. I chased and chased for delivery, then went and bought a replacement as it never arrived. Ironically, it then did arrive but very, very bad quality item - they do not respond to emails asking for a returns label or a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are truly awful.

DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS !! ITS A SCAM. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Jacket looked cheap, thin material and weird sizing.
Requested refund but kept refusing only offering discount off next purchase!!!! So requested return address as its UK based..... return address was CHINA!..at my expense! I opened a case with PayPal and reported to Trading Standards but PayPal refused my dispute and was in favour of this scam company ! Disgusting how this company is still trading.

Buyer beware of this company. Found them on Facebook and did look up what I thought were genuine reviews which were all good. However, my order took about three weeks to arrive. They did answer my emails re my parcel taking so long, which reassured me. When it did arrive,it was nothing like it was on website. Cheap material,and not a good finish. I paid £29.99,and original price was shown as £80,so expected better. Also,sizing was extremely small.. I ordered xxl...and am a size 16. Would not even go on me! Since sending back,I've been fighting to get a refund . They offered 20%,then 50%,then 75% off my next purchase,quoting they do not refund sale goods. Their refund policy clearly states a full refund will be given within 14 days if not suitable. So disappointed, and just don't want same to happen to anyone else 😕. Just would like a full refund from this company as stated in their policy.
