Lovely products and unique designs

Lovely products and unique designs. The customer service is superb too!
I had an issue with a dog bed and wrote to them with feedback - in return they kindly replaced my dog bed with no quibbles. They responded quickly to my email and promptly despatched the replacement.

Round dog beds- look beautiful but v poor quality and functionality

Usually love Sophie allport but wanted to put a warning out on the round dog beds and now, having looked, I can see that others have shared my experience of them. Purchased an extra large one for a medium sized dog and within a week of purchase, the middle mattress was all but useless and have had to put in pillows beneath it to make it adequately comfy since. A problem that has worsened more since washing the product as well (as per the instructions). It basically provides zero comfort as the stuffing clumps up and is not even present in some bits of it any more. Still looks nice but, especially given the price, I was expecting a dog bed that was actually functional as well as pretty so this is the one thing I've bought from here that I've not been impressed by sadly.

Really disappointed with quality

Really disappointed with the ‘fetch’ bedset. Contacted SA customer services asking for advice and they weren’t interested one but, just directed me to retailer I bought the product from. Very disappointing! Poor product quality and it washes/irons something awful. Will not buy SA products again.

Beautiful designs, no plastic packaging

I love Sophie Allport! The designs are so pretty and my recent birthday delivery had zero plastic in the packaging - I was so pleased!

I have used her fabric in home made cushions, have bedding and kitchen accessories and notebooks. Most are really high quality, I’ve dropped one star as both bedding sets had an internet description of the same material but seem completely different. The Sheep design seems old school cotton and a bit bobbly. The pillows come out of the covers every night and the duvet is easily dislodged too. The Bee bedding is amazing though and really high quality. It makes me a bit nervous about ordering future bedding though as I’m not sure what I’ll get!

Overall a great company though and a new favourite 😍

All round fabulous

I have been shopping with Sophie allport for a few years now. It all started with the beautiful China mugs. I have since purchased dog accessories and home accessories and still absolutely love the products and quality. I had to call up on one occasion regarding a fault with my dog bed and the customer service was second to none… lovely helpful staff who fully resolved the issue. I will be continuing to shop here. I recently purchased a couple of items…

I recently purchased a couple of items from Sophie Allport website, which, unfortunately one item of clothing I had to return for a smaller size. I filled out the online return form and paid the courier company, TSB Returns, on 09/07/2022 to collect item 11/07/2022. I am writing this review on 16/07/2022, and still no collection has been made. I have emailed customer services for both Sophie Allport and the courier service yesterday, and no answer from either. I am not impressed with the courier service this company uses, which will now affect my decision to purchase further items. Returning an item should be as easy as buying an item, however, this experience has been hugely disappointing.

Brilliant customer service.

Brilliant company with impeccable service. I’ve recently had an item which I had bought become faulty (zip on and item) and customer service team have been ever so helpful in finding a suitable replacement (bearing in mind the original item had originally been bought in a sale and was now out of stock). Products are gorgeous as well, so much choice and variety and quality of materials is second to none. A brand which I will shop at for years and years to come.

Unbelievable customer service

Unbelievable customer service. I completed their online customer service form at 7pm on Sunday evening, I received a response by 8.33 am Monday morning.
The issue was totally resolved to 110% satisfaction later the same day.
Amazing….so nice to deal with a proper company

When i received my two terrier mugs…

When i received my two terrier mugs they looked great, upon drinking 1 cuppa of tea out of both mugs, they stain straight away. Very poor quality

Great customer service

I just wanted to add my experience as I feel the customer service has been reflected a little unfairly here, I received a damaged item and contacted the customer service team- within 24 hours they replied to me twice and arranged for a replacement to be sent out using priority delivery with no need to return the damaged one. They’ve been great and very friendly! (The agent that helped me was Stephanie 🌟)

Bought the lunch bag, the picture on the website is so deceiving, the item arrived in a different color; when I contacted the customer service they were ever so rude! Such a waste of money

Not worth the money.

Photo's of the duvet sets look really lovely, however they're very expensive indeed. I have purchased 2 King-size duvet sets recently & they crease badly, after being slept on for two nights they look terrible, worst quality cotton covers that I have ever purchased. I wouldn't recommend, especially if you hate ironing & like to see a smooth looking duvet cover.

However, it may make a slight difference drying in the tumble dryer slightly and then ironing whilst still damp. It can also help if they are hung to dry, as this allows time for the creases to drop whilst still damp. Following this, you may just need to iron some small parts of the Duvet where creases might still be slightly visible. Many sincere apologies once again, SA Team.

Poor customer service

Sophie Allport is a brand I thought I loved however when I wanted to return something not clearly described their customer service was rude and I am shocked. Shame as they have nice things but won't purchase again.

In response to SA. Yes the page does say fine bone China and also says dishwasher safe. There is a separate page that goes into details of what they consider dishwasher safe to be. As it said dishwasher safe I didn’t question it until the item arrived and was not marked on the item, as most are. I contact them to find it’s only dishwasher safe at 40 and my lowest cycle is 60. I don’t think it would have harmed them to have taken the feed back and added dishwasher safe at 40 to each product page rather than expect the customer to do the work looking for the info on their site.

Bees Roller Hand Towel

Disappointed with the quality of this towel. Should of bought a quality hand towel instead in colour I liked as this is too thin. Requires frequent washing.

Do not buy anything from this retailer. I wasted £72 On a cheap cotton bedding set. £72, scandalous. Stay well away from them. You have been warned.

Great customer service

I bought a bag, which when it arrived had a couple of marks on. Their customer service was excellent and I received a replacement within a couple of days. Very impressed and it's a lovely bag 🙂

Large Pet Mattress and Cover

Purchased a large pet mattress and cover (with other items). Was kept informed of delays to delivery time, which was really helpful. Product arrived, pattern is lovely and really good size. Unfortunately the ‘mattress’ is useless it’s more like a very thin pillow stuffing. After less than a week of use the filling is flat and sunken. The dog may as well be sleeping on the floor. Beautiful product but wouldn’t advise for any dogs over 20kgs. If I’d have known this I would have just purchased the cover and sourced my own mattress.

A product purchased from Sophie Allport…

A product purchased from Sophie Allport was defective so I contacted customer services. They requested a photo of the problem which I did via email. Within an hour I had received an email saying that a replacement would be sent. My contact with customer service was Saturday lunchtime, I received the replacement on Tuesday morning. What an excellent service from an excellent company. I have ordered many times in the past and will continue to shop with this company.
