The underwear sets I brought did not have any hygiene strips on them no tags they are worn and when they don’t fit you do not get a full refund when it states on their website you get a 30 day money back guarantee.
It’s a scam they send you emails to say no refund give you 10% off your items when I spent £90 and they were not fit for purpose.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I should have read the reviews! What a letdown. Sent from China, takes ages to come, items in plastic ziplock bags - not exclusive or presentable, poor quality polyester rubbish.
Who are the folks are that think this is great quality lingerie?!?!
Do not buy - loads of companies that cost similar but deliver quickly, nicely presented in box as a present and don’t have ridiculous returns policies/costs.

Fake item delivered after a long wait. Free mystery gift also absent.

Asked for FULL refund, they turned and twisted trying to let me keep the item and have another item. Why would I want more cheap fakes? 24/7 Customer service is an email address that can take over a week to respond. I had to send pictures showing the difference between the cheap fake they sent versus what their site shows. Then I had to pay to return the cheap fake and I eventually got a refund minus a 10% handling fee for having to take their fake goods back. I’ve demanded the last 10% be refunded or it’s a report to U.K. trading standards. They still haven’t responded. This all took 3 months. So far. Avoid at all costs.

Cannot rate Sophie & Olivia Lingerie more highly or recommend them more. The items came as ordered, right colour and sizes in the post - complete with care bag, which i recommend. My parter absolutely loves the comfortable feel and is enthusiastic about wearing the Nova Nightgown I got her.

The products look nothing like what is advertised as high-quality, items but is in fact the cheapest materials you have ever seen and shipped from China. So, it takes weeks to arrive.
Then the sizing is all over the place and the metal parts are so cheap they just snap as soon as you try it on. The only return they offer for a defective snapped item is for you to pay yourselves anywhere between 20-25 usd dollars and my item was £42.50 total so makes it not worth it. Also read a lot of stories on here that people have done this and still not been recompensated so I am not doing this because I will lose even more money. Please don't buy from them they are a huge scam!!

Ordered the Lila Embroidered Body suit, in a size that matched my wife’s dimensions perfectly as the size guide. Received an over large poor quality item that looked nothing like the website. Have requested a refund and so far been ignored. Do not see this site.

I ordered a set and when I received it, the bra didn't fit well. Customer service assisted me in finding another model and sent me a new kit for free. Sophia & Olivia's service is exceptional.

The quality of this lingerie is sinful. To charge what they do for polyester lingerie claiming to be a “silk blend”. Not only that, the straps were not even attached to this nightgown I purchased as a gift. Little did I know the items shipped from China, Although on the website it states “fast shipping”. I emailed the company to initiate a return and they stated the return was covered by the customer! And get this it’s 20 dollars! Or they stated we can credit you and you can buy something else. This entire website is a money scheme. I am so angry about the deceit from this company. Funny the website only shows 5 star reviews. Wish I did more research before purchasing from here. Save yourself some money and shop anywhere else.

I didnt like the item, didnt look the same proportions as the website but that is fine enough. However, despite their refund and return policy, they do not reply to your emails to request a refund/return. Emailed several times, spoke on instagram, still nothing. DO NOT BUY

The products are beautiful and seem well made. One order was missing and they were able to resend the order after working with their customer service.

My partner bought me 2 sets of lingerie as a surprise pressie and I loved them! But they were a size too small and when I reached out to the team at Sophie & Olivia, then were so responsive, kind and helpful, facilitating the exchange in the smoothest, easiest way possible which was so fab! I can’t wait for the new sets to arrive because the colours and styles were so pretty and flattering. This is one happy girlie 🌸❤️
