Super service & professionalism of all Soprano Villas staff

We have just completed our second year in a row renting the Alicudi House, and once again it was beautiful! Alicudi Island feels like a place out of time—timeless, serene, and untouched by the hustle and bustle of modern life. Renting in September made the experience even more special being out of season, the island was quieter and even more enchantingThe house itself is charming and offers breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets from the terrace became our daily rituals. It's the perfect spot to disconnect and truly relax.This year, we also spent two nights in Filicudi at another SopranoVillas property, which was very enjoyable. It was a wonderful addition to our trip, allowing us to explore another beautiful island in the Eolian archipelago.A big thank you to SopranoVillas for making our stay so memorable once again. We highly recommend the Alicudi House to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable getaway. Can't wait to return next year!

We booked a Villa on the quaint island of Filicudi through SopranoVillas.
The communication was swift and effortless, making the booking process seamless. The “Filicudi Secret Villa” is a blend of authenticity and elegance.
Filicudi’s seclusion, its limited accessibility, and the tranquillity after the peak season ending in August were precisely what we desired. Exceptional service and communication from SopranoVillas coupled with a splendid property make it a highly recommended experience.

Interesting was that the pictures on the website do not do justice to the beauty of the villa and grounds. The fact that you have ~ 10 acres of pristine cliff/waterfront on the Amalfi Coast. 2 private grottos for your swimming pleasure. But what made the trip was the Fabulous house staff. They were professional yet warm and inviting. We truly felt like the villa was ours for the week. Magdellena, villa manager, was spectacular. We had 2 unforeseen inconveniences (ie: rockslide near Positano) she adjusted our plans to provide a more enjoyable experience. She was amazing. My wife and I travel through out the world and i can honestly say this Villa was definitely in the top 5 living facilities in all our travels. Peter

We had the most fantastic family trip of a lifetime at the villa Sorrento dreams. My family and I spent a week there celebrating my 50th birthday. The rooms were spacious, clean, bright and nicely decorated. Most rooms have a balcony with a view of the sea. The staff are exceptional! They are warm and friendly and gave us top notch service. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. We truly felt like it was home for us.
Ginevra was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to meet all our needs and requests. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns prior to our trip. She planned a wonderful itinerary for us . We had an amazing experience all around!! I Highly recommend soprano villas!!

I booked with Soprano Villas for our family reunion in Tuscany in July 2022. After looking at villas via a number of agencies Soprano Villas found just what I wanted fulfilling all criteria. At first it was a very positive experience working with the agent and she was very reassuring about organizing any special requests. etc. Then problems began: First the price went up by another 1,000 euros because the villa owners promised renovated bathrooms. Then, bizarrely I was informed that the bathrooms would not be completed and that the owners were going to renovate into July - in prime rental season! At one point the agent just wrote and said we might have to change our dates in order for the Villa to complete bathrooms in time! This was unacceptable and stressful to say the least. To her credit the agent found me another villa and it was stunning and even better location and setting than the original so that was a great outcome in the end! However, along the way there were many inconsistencies. For example I was told 2 days of cleaning service would be provided only to receive a new message saying 'not provided' but had to be paid for. I was told there was a private bus service for the villa area and that my tickets were paid for and waiting in the villa for me. On arrival I discovered there was no such bus and no tickets! I wrote to the agent reporting this and heard absolutely nothing back, let alone an apology. Chef services within my budget were not located by the agent so I found a great local chef myself. While we were at the villa the agent did not check in with us at any time to find out how everything was. I found this unusual. Despite this frustrating communication experience which was quite stressful at times
in the end we had a fantastic time in a stunning villa and all ended very well. The agent found a fantastic solution for us in unusual circumstances.

We've rented 2 villas with Soprano. 4 weeks all together.
One near Selinunte (Selinunte pool villa). And one in the Noto valley. (Noto pool Villa, AMAZING)).
From the beginning to the end we received an amazing and excellent service. All the staff from reservation to the welcoming at both villa were impeccable.
Professional, good communication, friendly people taking care of the welcoming at the villa. All our needs were fulfilled.
A special mention to Mario, the man talking care of the Noto pool villa. A man with a good heart and very kind.
I just can't wait to go back again in Italy and will definitively do business again with this company!!

We had a marvellous holidays with Soprano Villas in Italy! It was my first stay organised by Soprano company, but I can’t be more grateful. All the staff on our villa were very nice and caring. The pool was just magnificent. Also we were satisfied with the range of restaurants nearby . It was a pleasure to use Soprano services.

Soprano team were super helpful with organizing all our activities, even cooking classes. . I had no issues with noises/neighbors or with the house in general, it was a great stay, and calm vacation . Thank you so much, we will definitely come back!

Soprano Villas were absolutely excellent with their attitude and always quick to response! We had an amazing stay in Amalfi. The place was stunning , also the team helped us to organize activities and sport classes.

I have deleted my previous review which I wrote following several attempts to gain my refund from an expensive villa booking which had to be cancelled. I have now received my booking refund of £1500 on an £8000 booking fee. I am grateful for this, and do understand it’s not easy to process refunds, but companies must stay in contact with customers otherwise we cannot be as understanding as you want us to be....

make sure you are dealing with a solvent company that honors its contract terms and returns deposits when a reservation is cancelled.

Do send any money whatsoever to a company that doesn’t do this

Sopranovillas provided excellent service throughout. They helped us to find the perfect vacation home for what we needed, taking the time to listen to our preferences. The booking process was fluid and follow up documentation spot on. Their team is excellent. We have used many booking agents in Italy and across Europe, but we have been really impressed with Sopranovillas and will continue to use them.

The place to be to have a rest.

If you want to spend a very good time near Selinunte, go to Charming Villa. A very nice house, well equiped, well decorated, with a wonderful garden and swimming-pool. We appreciate a lot the environment and the silent; Boris will be there to welcome you and to give you informations about visits and restaurants with a great kindness.

Great house - absolutely huge downstairs - we just used the apartment upstairs. Host was delightful and very helpful with restaurant suggestions, providing bikes and helping with a parking ticket. Would definitely book again. Lovely area with plenty to do and sea nearby.

Great service, professional and responsive

Great place for a large family. Great views. The town is smaller and much less crowded then the other Coast towns. Very quaint.

We had a private chef for a couple of nights and SopranoVillas' staff organized everything.
