I ordered some clothes in january 2026 now we are half May...I never received my pack and I Lost 500 dollars! They are thieves, fraudolent people. I wrote many times and always they reassured me that I would receive my stuff. But nothing. I Will try to denounce tò the authority. But I fear I lost my Money. Don't buy nothing on this scam site!

Sadly I have to agree with the comments about abysmal customer service. My package was wrongly marked as delivered to me personally by my local service (even though I was out of the country) & out for delivery again the next couple days and has been missing since. I asked Canada post & DHL to request a search, but this can only be done by the sender. I provided all the screenshots of these interactions to Sora and received the following reply
"​Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, once a package has been handed over to the delivery service, we no longer have control over the handling or final delivery. Upon checking the tracking status, we wanted to confirm that your order Xxx for Xxx has been successfully delivered."

So neither did they read my mail, nor the screenshots. Also per EU law, since this was sent out by the business and not a private person, they need to prove that the package was delivered, which they are refusing to do.

I will have to assume that the order won't turn up and request a charge back from my bank.

Pro: Quality of Clothes are actually great!

Con: You'll never get to wear it.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Sora. I ordered two shirts back in August 2025 and waited until December, only to be told the items were "unavailable." Instead of a refund, they gave me store credit.

I used that credit in January for a different item, but it’s been "in production" for over 4 months now with zero updates. The weird part is I bought an "in-stock" item in November that arrived in 2 weeks..

It’s been 9 months in total and I still have nothing to show for my money. Every time I ask for a refund, I get hit with more excuses about production. At this point, I’m forced to dispute the charges with my bank just to get my money back. Avoid the pre-orders.

As a supporter of independent creators and artists, it has definitely been difficult for me to remain patient and understanding with this company. I'm not sure if it's because of the transfer of ownership or whatnot throughout the years/seasons, but the communication and quality have gone down exponentially. While the overpromising and underdelivering increases tenfold. I am sure that many who have also ordered in bulk are concerned with the amount of money lost/feeling scammed, as SORA continues to release new design drops without having delivered on previous collections.

I have always been a big fan of the designs and quality of the clothing I've received from them; however, as time has gone on, it is hard for me to trust the ethics and integrity of the company as a whole. I'm well aware of the time it takes to produce clothing products, not just design, but quality as well; the fact that there are hardly ever any public updates or statements on "delays in production" unless you confront them is very unprofessional.

Even though I'm a huge fan of the pieces I own from previous collections, I would not recommend them going forward. And when/if I ever receive my last order placed with them, I won't be putting any of my friends on to SORA anymore. The hassle and lack of respect for your money and time on their end are simply not worth it. (It has been almost over a year since my original order was placed, and I still have not received anything on my $600+ order)

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered last year. It is still not here. According to them it is still in 'production', but I suspect that is a front. Don't waste your time buying anything from these scam artists.

Main painpoints
The clothing took A WHILE to get to my address, and by that I mean almost 3 months.
And sadly the cyberpunk jacket wasn't worth the price, the materials feel cheap, it wasn't well made (the stitching was terrible)
The pants were nice but still, the quality was lacking, I bought the AOT jeans, and the extra straps came off so often I had to readjust them.

Don't get me wrong, I liked both the jeans and the jacket but for the price, I was expecting some good quality clothing, not something mid.

I have waited months for my order. They can provide no definitive time on when I will receive it. They will not refund my money. They will not have a leader respond to my inquiry. Literally the worst retail experience I have had in years.

I'm waiting over 6 months for a delivery and then refuse to give a refund. Don't use this company. If I could go below 1 star I would.

I ordered December 8,2025 and still have not received my order. When I email they just say we are working on it, it should be sent out soon. Lies they are a scam!

I have never received this order, despite multiple attempts to contact the seller (based in Canada). The seller admits they never shipped or delivered it but refuses to refund me, while their policy explicitly offers refunds only "in case of return of the order." This is absurd and illegal — how can I return something I never received? This contradictory stance clearly breaches my EU rights to immediate full reimbursement for non-delivery, including delivery costs.

I placed an order on November 29, 2025, and nearly four months later, I still have not received my full order.

What’s frustrating is that Sora Clothing runs cool ads that make the brand look reliable and well-organized, but the actual experience is the complete opposite. After spending around $300, I expected at least basic communication and a reasonable delivery timeline.

Instead, my order stayed in “production” for months with no proactive updates. I had to keep reaching out just to get vague responses. Eventually, they split the order—one item has finally shipped, but the other item, a $160 pair of cargo pants, is still not completed or shipped with no clear timeline.

To make things worse, the first package was marked as delivered incorrectly, and I had to contact UPS myself to figure out where it actually was. That kind of issue should not fall on the customer to resolve.

At this point, this has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience from start to finish. For a $300 order, the lack of transparency, delays, and overall handling is completely unacceptable.

If you’re seeing their ads on Instagram, just know that the customer experience does not match the image they present. I would strongly recommend not ordering unless you’re prepared to wait months and deal with ongoing issues.

My boyfriend ordered me the reze bomb bag as a gift back when it first dropped and still hasn't received it, he moved since then and asked them to ship it to his new address (mind you, the order was still no processed) and they told him they would have to treat this as a new order and that it would take another FOUR MONTHS for the order to arrive ?? Absolutely ridiculous.

I would be understanding if the order had been processed/ shipped out already but for something that hasn't even left their warehouse?? Obviously they are a 'small' business but that kind of stuff is downright outrageous. Their customer service is ridiculously poor..
Hopefully it comes before those four months.

Ordered a wallet in chain in November 2025 and as of March 2026 still waiting for it to ship. So much for 15-35 day shipping on pre-orders.
Avoid like the plague.

On Nov 29, 2025 I ordered a pre-order “Colosssal” Hoodie from Sora Clothing Inc. The website and confirmation clearly stated production and delivery within 15–35 business days. As of March 20, 2026 (over 70 business days later), the item has not shipped, no tracking provided, and no meaningful updates despite multiple requests. Sora Clothing has refused cancellation or full refund, citing a 24-hour cancellation policy and claiming production has started, even though delivery is far beyond the promised window. They offered only a 20% discount code for a future purchase I do not want. I requested a full refund to my original payment method. Sora Clothing has failed to deliver as promised and is refusing a reasonable refund for non-delivered goods.

Ordered from them 8 months ago. Tried to dispute with my bank but they lied and so they're dispute was reversed. I would give them no stars if I could

Ordered a pre-order item so I was told it could take quite a while but it was shipped a few days after purchase! I received it 10 days after purchase from Canada to Netherlands! Much faster than expected! I also got excellent communication through "shop.app" which is the company linked to the purchase/shipping (some kind of intermediary many stores use).

Good quality too! Only issue is that it is a little bit smaller than expected, so instead of oversized it is just normal now. I reccomend sizing up if you order the "Warrior" armour sweater.

Absolutely Atrocious Customer Service

My size was too big and when I asked (3 seperate times) to send back my *unworn* pants and get store credit as I followed the return policy instructions to a tee, they have ignored and all but ghosted me after asking for "more information"

I knew I was gonna wait awhile so I ain’t docking points for that and HOLY CRAP I LOVE THESE PANTS WITH MY ENTIRE SOUL

ordered to the UK. i ordered on march 2nd, and they arrived march 9th. i bought the bakugo jeans (black). HOWEVER, on their shipping page they did say ready to ship. in the description of the item it said a 15-25 business day ship time for the UK and i think they should make that clearer because a lot of people missed it.

i think most of the negative reviews about the shipping time is due to people ordering a preorder item, if it doesnt say ready to ship on the page there will be a significant delay. i do believe they should be a lot more transparent about when they plan on shipping preorder items though.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, if they are even a legitimate company. I feel they are scam artists. My product, a single hoodie, is over 2 months delayed of being delivered. When I contacted them about the issue the response was "it's in final production awaiting for the rest of the order to complete" when I informed them there wss only 1 item to be produced the response changed to " we didn't mean that, we meant it in quality check" after weeks of that it changed back to awaiting for the rest of the order to complete again, juat to change back to the quality check excuse. So it has been one lie after another. If you have taken the time to read this review, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
