Got a hoodie from sora and the quality is awesome, took a bit of time to arrive since they are made to order but the wait was worth it, highly recommend

Bought the academy cargo pants on the 18th of Feb and thought they would take some time, as I live in the UK and they are coming from Canada. They arrived before expected and I got my item on the 24 of Feb which I was really pleased about. The sizing is perfect and they are made of high quality material.

I wish I could give negative stars! The order was placed in October 2025 and since then (4 month) only one email confirmation about the order, and tons of daily spam! Absolutely unacceptable service, unless they do the yarns manually and stitch it by hand, which I truly doubt

6 Months – No Delivery, No Refund

I placed order S68106 with SORA over six months ago and never received the goods.

Communication has been extremely slow — often taking over a month to get a reply. I’m now being told they cannot refund until the courier confirms the return, despite the fact I never received the parcel.

Customers should not be responsible for courier issues when items were never delivered. After six months, I am still waiting for my refund.

Very frustrating experience — I would not order again

It took a long while for the items to come, they look amazing when they do come but I put them aside for my son for Christmas and he has been wearing his coat for a month and ALL the stitching has come away from the coat and the flap on the hat has also come undone in the same week. For the price I expect them to last more than a month. I emailed customer support and they said because it’s out of their 30 day period there is no help but it took longer than that to arrive! I’m going to email one more time and if they do not help I’m doing a chargeback on my bank because it’s ridiculous. The company tried to offer me a 20% discount as a sign of goodwill but I will never shop here again and warn everyone I know not to based on their quality and poor customer service.
A month with a coat and hat is not okay especially when cheaper items last way way longer.

Delivery process is far from the 1 month they claim to be able to stand. I ordered a jacket in 2/12 and still haven't received anything, the only thing I can do is to email with the AI bot which gives me more delays each time along with the very polite apologies.

Placed an order for some trousers in the Black Friday sales thinking the item would arrive before Christmas. Once the order was placed it said it could take up to 35 working days. It’s now 2 months later and nothing has been received. My daughter is sad that I spent so much money on a pair of trousers that she loved and it turned out to be a scam. But also broken hearted as she had her heat set on those trousers. Awful experience and service. Not what you expect for the price point at all.

The quality of the clothes are really really good. And their designs are amazing. But the only issue is delivery time. I made my order on September 22nd 2025, and finally received it on January 18th 2026. It took four months. And their customer service is pretty good. They reply fast. But yeah, if you don’t mind the wait, then these guys are good.

Do not buy if in the UK. My daughter wanted a few items from here for her birthday early January. Having seen some negative reviews we tried a small mystery box first as it was already in stock, so wouldnt have a wait like the pre order items. Sadly the item only made it to UK customs before being returned to Canada. All dealings with customer service appeared to be AI generated and did not resolve my issues. I have now requested a refund and have a very disappointed 15 year old.

Great items if you get lucky and get them. 6 months and still waiting on my item. They won't tell you if your item is delayed unless you reach out. They won't give store credit for extreme delay you just have to eat the cost.

Ordered the Maria Wall cargos and a mystery box, only received the pants mid October 2025, asked multiple times, sent multiple emails, contacted them on Instagram but either I was told I had to raise a lost package complain with the postal company (when the postal company explicitly says its the sender responsibility to do it with the full description of the package) then they told me the box was still in their warehouse, then they came back on what they said and how it was sent I had to raise a complain with the postal company. Its now late January 2026, still nothing. So dont buy from them. The customer service is useless.

Recently purchased from Sora 5 days ago (Jan 11) and it was delivered yesterday (Jan 16) to the UK !! Super quick, I was surprised as most of the reviews here have had bad experience in terms of shipping.

I would say though that I bought from the ‘ready to ship’ section so my experience may be different if I bought a pre order one.

Shame I can’t post a pic on here but I bought the Toji hoodie, it was great quality, it was soft, thick, a bit heavy, made very well.

Overall, very happy with my purchase. They are quite pricey but so far, has been well worth it.

I ordered my package on December 24 2025, and got it here January 10th.. it was very much worth it but I’ve seen some reviews about ppl getting mad and about slow shipping but that’s only if you pre-order which means your gonna have to wait a lot longer, there’s a reason it’s called pre order .. but overall great hoodie and great costumer services 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Ordered Egghead jacket on August 18th, the order never changed and still not shipped after almost 5 months, the support is useless and always answers the same way "just wait". Do not order from here.

UPDATE: After opening a payment dispute with my bank due to non-delivery, the jacket was suddenly shipped within a week, despite previously being told it wouldn’t be ready for at least another month. This clearly shows they are sitting on orders and not shipping them for some obscure reason. And because the shipment was sent after the dispute was opened, I had to refuse delivery to avoid issues with my bank.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this store.

I love these Pants ! They are great quality
and so comfortable. They arrived in 10 days wich in really fast even tho it were the holidays ( I live in Germany )

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a jacket in the sale early September 2025. Still had not received it by mid December. During this time I sent several emails asking when I could expect my item which it was claimed would be shipped in 15-25 days. Finally got one response several weeks past this saying my item would be shipped in 15-25 days! Needless to say I raised a complaint with my bank which was unsurprisingly upheld. Sora then had the audacity to email me claiming my item was a preorder item which is not true. It was a sale item and no where on my order confirmation or my only email reply from them was this stated. Awful customer service. My one and only experience, will never attempt to buy from them again.

I placed an order on August 18 and waited over 3 months with no shipment, no tracking, and no real communication and just constant excuses about “production delays” and “waiting on stock.” Customer service did nothing but stall and repeatedly tried to push discount codes and store credit instead of actually delivering the order or refunding my money. The only reason this situation was resolved is because I opened a Sezzle dispute, which ruled in my favor and refunded me for non-delivery. A brand that can’t fulfill orders for months and only acts when a payment provider steps in should not be trusted. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. They were unwilling to exchange pants that I bought for my daughter because the pants arrived on December 16 and I requested the exchange on December 28 which is beyond their 5 day exchange policy. But they were a CHRISTMAS PRESENT. The pants are way too large and all I was asking for is a smaller size. Don't buy clothes from this company unless you are willing to risk throwing (a significant amount of) money away.

I ordered Aug 2025 and it was for Oct bday. It was Nov and still not received so I contacted the credit card company and explained the issue, they credited my card DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY …. They don’t answer email and when they do they go around in circle -

I ordered 4 products from Sora at the beginning of November and still have not received my merchandise. These were Christmas gifts for my granddaughters and they were heart broken when the didn't get what they ask for Christmas. I've been asking for updates and their responses are different every time. Do not order from this scam of a company.
