These are people you can trust to go out of their way, to make sure that everything is working properly, even after several years of buying a lifetime product. I was slow to respond giving many other priorities, but they actually stayed ahead of me, making sure things were handled including any personal time if needed on their behalf. I had trouble using the software at first (clone files checker), but their customer service was very responsive. I don't know what they did, but it stopped crashing by the second day I tried to use it and I haven't had a problem since. As for the software, it does what it says it does, though if you have huge amounts of photos to go through, like I do, it'll take a long time. I've already been able to delete about half a terabyte of data, so I won't have to increase my storage capacity. Worth the money just for that.

I am in COMPUTER KINDERGARTEN 1 and not tech savvy-- The person who helped me was patient and explained what needed to be done.

Clone Files Checker is an excellent piece of software that I recently purchased. It is very reliable at finding duplicate files and entirely safe from what I can see. Other software I have tried have led to PC crashes and real problems but not with SORCIM Clone Files Checker.
Due to problems registering my licence, I have had to contact Customer Support Staff a couple of times. On each occasion I have found them to be most helpful and obliging.
I can highly recommend this company and their software.

I checked several drives with a couple thousand pictures on each and every one of the duplicates were duplicates.

Had problem registering the PictureEcho software. The software support personnel provided the information necessary to solve the problem. They handled the issue within a 3 hour window.

Help desk spent several hours helping me figure out issues. They did a great job. Found over 13000 duplicates.

Helpful staff got me through a problem with the License Key not opening up the program. A new Key was sent immediately and this did the job. Staff were most helpful and pleasant.
The program did it's work in minutes and removed over 1,000 dupes leaving a cleaner photo gallery. Would recommend.

I had been using Clone Files Checker through self-taught experimentation and ran into some hiccups. Contacted customer service and set up personal tech assistance. Using online chat with a REAL PERSON (thank you Raza!) that was patient and helpful was amazing! The process was VERY time consuming because we addressed and/or resolved multiple issues. I learned a LOT. There's still much to do because my issues are complex, but I won't hesitate to ask for assistance in the future.
