Scammy behaviour by not saying you have to pay to actually use the app. No pricing ANYWHERE on the home page, FAQ, download page, no Pricing menu option, etc. Only appears hidden under "Register", and as you don't need to register to use the app, you don't see that page. You waste your time by installing the app and running it, and it actually works well, but when you click to delete files it hits you with a demand for payment. If you were upfront you may have gotten yourself a customer, but by principle I'm saying NO.

I’ve reached out to your Support twice now and you guys are “stellar”— Always prompt in your response, courteous, and professional. You have been very patient and I appreciate It.
More important to me, is that your product is in invaluable to anyone with a large collection of photos or music.

Sorcim Technologies writes a great duplicate finder program, it is fast and capable of sorting through large photo collections. any time i have had a question or problem, i have gotten a response within a day or two max.

I love this little app and when I had a problem getting past a hiccup, they were quick to answer....excellent service

where is the pricing? do i have to download, install, register, approve and share data with your company to get a information which i probably do not like? + decided to do the review first after reading a ton of paid fake 5 star reviews about sorcim.

The support for this product is very very late in their response via email. The online version of CFC via chat works only with a Facebook account, which is crazy as the only chat option.
The product does not inform clients who download the product that NAS drives like Sinology cannot be addressed to sort out files for duplication, nor is it clear the download software works within the 64 bit MS Windows 11 environment.
The damage on my Sinolgy of 500 GB files is enormous and the support as earlier written is zero. No conclusive response from this company

Customer service was excellent! They were very helpful when I changed laptops and needed to reinstall PictureEcho on my new device. They refreshed my licence quickly with no fuss so that I could re-activate it on my new device.

Not to mention the product is spot on at finding duplicates! It was a breeze to find them all with it's user friendly interface. It saved me a SOO MANY man hours!!

I've played with it further and can see that I can delete similar photos so I plan to use it to find these near matches soon. I'm looking forward to reducing my photos down even further and clearing up even more space.

Oh and it doesn't only find one duplicate, if you have more than 3 or more copies of the same photo, it finds them all for you to delete in one go.

I had an issue with finding empty folders and the company and Raza in particular was very helpful.

Received a license Key at purchase and when I copied it into the program it did not activate. Reported the issue and received another license key within 24 hours. activated the program. Excellent support.!

Had a problem with worthless window 10 corrupting the software and I could not get it to work, needed Sorcim to reset my license key which the gladly did. The customer service was great and very fast which is important to me. The company as far as i'm concerned is a great company buy with confidence

This tool is great, I recently inherited a laptop with my mother's photos on it. So many duplicates but the tool identified all of them within a few minutes and then archived them as per my preference.

Really easy to use, powerful filtering and options make this an essential piece of software if you want to keep on top of your digital estate.

Good product and helpful fast support. The product is straight forward to use, but more importantly their support is quick and useful - which can be rare.
