My experience in purchasing the property was remarkably smooth, largely due to the exceptional support I received. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Heidi, whose assistance was invaluable throughout the process. Her guidance and emotional support were crucial, and I truly believe that without her, my journey would not have been as successful.

I have recently sold my property with so resi, to which I lived in my flat for 4 years, almost 5. Nikolay was my after sales consultant who had the whole process running smoothly for me to the point I did not need to make any contact with him as he had it all in hand and I did not need to chase for anything until the very end when my solicitor started asking for documents, but Nikolay was deservingly on annual leave and as this documents then turns into an enquiry that needed to be done as a matter of urgency Pa Manneh stepped in save the day and was able to assist where necessary and saw the the next part of the sale through smoothly and assisted me where possible to speak with my solicitor when I did not fully understand the process fully. I feel That Pa went to above and beyond for me to help the exchange take place for when it needed to.
Nikolay then came from leave and updated me promptly and between Nikolay and Pa they have great at working as a team to help me during this stressful time.

When I went into this I was very cautions of skeevy salesmen trying to sell me the moon. I was very pleased to see that Roshan was professional and quite realistic in his selling of the flat, and put a friendly face to an otherwise daunting task.
