Anna Murray at Great Haddon has been very supportive. She gave us the time we needed and was very obliging. She is a lovely person and happy to share your excitement with you. Anna is very easy to communicate with and always very professional. I would recommend speaking with Anna if you are considering shared ownership in this location

Anna, senior sales consultant for the Great Haddon estate has been absolutely fabulous. Responds in a timely manner on email and has always picked up the phone when I've called with queries. Met Anna in person during an open day viewing at the show home and she was super friendly, very approachable and very efficient in all of her work she has done to help me secure a property within the shared ownership section of this estate. Would absolutely recommend Anna to anyone, cannot fault her.

Both Rosh and Malcolm are very accomodating, patient, and professional. They have answered all my queries and responded in timely manner. I have personally talked to Roshan, and I truly appreciate how welcoming he has been. Keep up the good work guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Klaudia was extremely helpful and very polite. The process was so easy. Soresi in general were brilliant but Klaudia was always answered fast and dealt with me and us both very well.

I had a nice experience with Soresi Westgrove. Ayse is very nice and professional and helped us a lot during the process of buying our first home. We highly recommend them.

Nikolay was hands down the best progression consultant we could have asked for when selling our resale property. Our chain was close to collapse due to an inept broker and solicitor, high stress and my anxiety was through the roof! He chased multiple times a day every day and kept me informed at every instance. He kept communication coherent for everyone involved. He was persistent but firm, and understanding about our situation as well as incredibly hard working, messaging late into the afternoon/evening to follow up when clearly he struggled to get back to me during the day (I really appreciate this as it shows he understood how anxious I was) I can’t thank him enough for helping him sell our lovely home and secure our future forever home! Klaudia was also amazing as she progressed us to exchange when Nikolay was on annual leave.

She was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful and always happy to help.

Fran was amazing from the start of our application for a so Flexi home all the way to the day we moved in! I think we were in contact over a period of 6 months whilst the houses were being completed & plot allocation could begin. Over this time she was always available through email or over the phone to keep us up to date. I still see her around the neighborhood working hard to get houses prepped for future tenants! Couldn't be happier with our experience & house thanks to Fran!

Sylvana was a star and I cannot fault her. The solicitor was dreadful which made her job more difficult. Changing lawyers might be worth considering.

Huw was very efficient in responding to all the queries I made throughout the process. He was always helpful, professional, and quick to reply. He was also very accommodating when I needed to visit the flat again to take some measurements, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and excellent service.

My husband and I moved into our new flat in March and had such a great experience with Piers Garnham - we know we are a bit late with our review (sorry Piers!) but just wanted to express how attentive and speedy Piers was with communication and getting us our flat as soon as possible. I am currently in the process of purchasing a property through SO Resi and so far I’ve had a really positive experience throughout what has honestly been quite a stressful process at times.

I especially want to mention Renee, Huw and Amber-Leigh, who have all been incredibly supportive, responsive and reassuring throughout the journey so far. As a first-time buyer, there have been moments where things became overwhelming, particularly with mortgage delays and additional lender requirements, but they have always been professional, patient and understanding.

Amber-Leigh has been consistently helpful with updates and communication, Renee has been incredibly reassuring and supportive during difficult moments, and Huw has also been very approachable and professional throughout the process.

The team has genuinely made me feel supported rather than just another case number, and I really appreciate the level of communication and care shown during such an important milestone.
