Great and seamless experience. Furniture arrived on time and quality is as advertised. My wife and I are super satisfied with the new sofa! Communication with the company was very straightforward and the people we interacted with were super polite.

I called into their customer services line to purchase the matching set chairs my dinning room and the lady I talked to was very helpful.
We have received the chairs and are very pleased.
I was a bit concerned, but I could not have had a better experience.

My initial experience with Charlie Pommier was not the best. However, I am extremely happy with how they have handled my complaint and rectified the problems I had.

They obviously take customer feedback very seriously and have gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and have been clear on areas they need to improve on and the steps they are taking to do so. Which is all you can ask for.

I do hope they continue to grow successfully as their items are really beautiful. The teething problems of any new and small business.

Think twice before you buy!! .Although their chairs look amazing, their website can be misleading. They advertised their products are made in the EU, however, they ship the products from Belgrade (Serbia), which is outside the European Union. You have to pay for the import tax!!

Originally I had an issue with unexpected import taxes on my order, as it wasn't clear to me that my order would ship from outside the EU (Serbia). I complained about this, and after some back and forth I'm getting reimbursed for my costs. Furthermore changes are being made to the website to be more transparent about this. I am happy with the way that my complaint was handled in the end, and the 6 dining chairs I received are truly beautiful. Just make sure to check wether or not you have to pay import taxes before placing an order to avoid an unpleasant surprise.
