We used this service to take us (family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids) from the Naples train station to Sorrento, and then back a few days later. The experience even smoother than I had anticipated it would be. Our driver met us immediately when we got off the train, and we were able to add a stop in Pompeii (with an additional fee, of course), which only made the experience that much more fun. It was absolutely worth having a private driver and vehicle take the 4 of us without worrying about public or shared transit. I would absolutely recommend this service and will certainly use them again when travelling in Italy.

We rented a day long excursion with a private boat and it was well managed. They picked us up from our lodging and brought to the docks, the tour was amazing, and the guide Nicoli was the best. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with this service, and used them once from Salerno to Amalfi and then, due to a train strike, from Sorrento to Rome. The vehicles were immaculately clean, and the drivers arrived on time. Plus, they were very nice people. So we highly recommend this transfer service!

Our trip to the Amalfi Coast in May was stress free thanks to Sorrento Review! We booked 2 private transfers and a half day Capri boat tour. Dion from Sorrento Review was really helpful in making the bookings and communicated with us constantly to ensure that all the booked trips were as planned. Dion was also very patient with me changing pick up times and I really appreciated that. We are very happy with the service and will definitely use Sorrento Review again!

I had read about this company on Facebook and comments were positive however nowadays you always wonder if it's true....well I have to say that I was greatly surprised. We had to change our pick up time to earlier, our driver was outside the Airbnb waiting for us. Such professionalism and respect to everyone in our group.

I booked and paid for the transfer online two months before my trip. On the scheduled day and time, the driver was there with a comfortable car and took me to my destination (Naples Airport). Our group of 6-8 travelled through Italy for a period of two weeks. We engaged Sorrento Review for all of our travel needs. Dion and his team were spot on with planning, scheduling and punctuality. I used Dion at Ischia Review for multiple tours and transfers. He was great. When the weather turned bad and prevented us from a private boat tour/transfer to Sorrento, Dion and the Capt. of the boat communicated the days prior to make sure we had an alternative plan. All the tours and transfers were provided by an execelent car service with great drivers who spoke english. Tours included a Drive around Ischia where we were taken to the best resturant. Transfer to Sorrento and a trip to a Vinyard at hte base of Mt. Vesuvious. Most of all everyone communcated every step of the way. Never felt a bit of worry about tours/transfer. I would rate Ischia/Sorrento review a 10 if I could.
