We booked return transfers for our family of four between Sorrento and Naples and would highly recommend Sorrento Review to others. Booking was easy, communication was great and we had comfortable vehicles and friendly drivers for both of our trips. Both drivers turned up exactly on time and kept us up to date re arrival time and meeting point. They are competitively priced and were actually cheaper than the quote we were given by our accommodation hosts. We could not fault them and would happily use their services again. We used Sorrento Review to transport us from the Naples train station to our hotel on the Amalfi Coast, and back at the end of our trip. Communication throughout was great - Sorrento Review reached out days before our booking to connect us directly with our driver. On both occasions, our driver was easy to find, punctual, and pleasant. Overall a very smooth process. I would definitely use Sorrento Review again!

Sorrento Review were great helping us plan our visit to this most beautiful part of the world. Dion has a vast wealth of knowledge of the local and adjacent areas. Helping us with late night taxis from Positano, which was definitely worth it. The boat we hired to Capri was amazing! I travelled with my 2 daughters and we were truly spoilt with this beautiful Italian boat driven by skipper Nicola. He made us feel very welcome and encouraged us to enjoy the boat experience even though one of my girls was a bit nervous when we boarded at Sorrento. We had plenty of Prosecco & treats, loads of fantastic photo opportunities and plenty of time for a beautiful lunch and shopping on Capri. This was the best day of our holiday on this luxury boat. We didn’t want to get off the boat! I would definitely book with Sorrento review on our next adventure!

We booked a private day cruise from Sorrento to Capri annd along the Amalfi coast.

We were promptly picked up in Sorrento and transferred to the Marina. The boat was a beautiful newer boat and the skipper was professional and spoke English well.
The day on the water was beautiful and we highly recommend the tour.
We did have a some confusion with the skipper about our planned itinerary and the route was modified. The staff at Sorrento Review worked to correct it quickly once they were notified. They quickly made things right for us and communicated very well.

Flawless experience. Booked a transfer from the Naples airport to Sorrento. Communication was excellent. My flights were changed several times, so this turned out to be particularly important. The area around our hotel was a pedestrian zone and the driver coordinated with hotel staff to have someone meet us in a piazza and walk us over. Definitely recommend! Also, in case you haven’t flown into Naples, the airport is quite small and it was very easy to locate the driver - there is only one place for them to stand!

We arranged to have Sorrento Review pick us up at the Naples train station and drop us off at our hotel in Massa Lubrense. Nino was very friendly and made us feel comfortable with the drive. On our return trip to the train station the weather was bad. We were grateful that the driver came early without us requesting it. He was able to find ways around the traffic jams and got us to our destination safely and on schedule. The communication from beginning to end was responsive and friendly.

This was a great experience with Sorrento Review. Our driver was right on time, the vehicle was spacious and clean. Our driver helped us with our bags. We got to the train station in Naples with plenty of time and dropped off at a great spot. Would book again for sure.

My family of 4 needed a ride from our hotel in Sorrento to the Naples airport. I had my children with me so definitely wanted someone I could trust! Dion was extremely responsive and helpful over email! He set up a time that the driver would be there and the cost, which was affordable and reasonable. It was easy and would definitely recommend!

We used Sorrento review for several different things:
to book private transfers from Ravello to Sorrento and Sorrento to Naples, to book a private boat trip to Capri, and for general information regarding the Sorrento area. I can highly recommend this group for all of the above. The drivers they booked were on time, pleasant and great drivers. Our skipper on our boat helped to make the best of our tour, providing lunch recommendation, and pointing out the highlights of the sea trip and things to do when we got to Capri. Lastly, Sorrento reviews emailed a great overview of other things to do in Sorrento and provided great guidance on which where the must sees given our interests. I look forward to travelling to Italy again and this group would certainly be our go to for any areas we visit.

We were picked up timely from our hotel and boarded our private boat at the marina. What an incredible experience! Our captain was friendly and a lot of fun. We were greeted with glasses of prosecco, and he had plenty more drinks and snacks on board! We went to Positano to walk around for an hour and then we wanted to swim and explore the caves, what an amazing experience! After that we asked him to take us to one of his favorite restaurants and it did not disappoint! We met the owner and the food was outstanding! I highly recommend renting the boat, we created our own tour and it was one of our favorite days in Italy!

We hired Sorrento review to take us from Positano to Florence in September. Dion was excellent to work with and made everything very easy. Our driver, Nino, was also great. He was on time, friendly, professional, and a great driver. We will use Sorrento Review whenever we travel to the Almafi Coast.

Drivers came early and were waiting at the airport to pick us up. We needed to get to Amalfi from the airport in Napoli.

Driver helped get us there and back to Napoli later when we were leaving.

Communication through emails and WhatsApp was good

The transportation provided was excellent and all the drivers were always on time and reliable as I booked car service from Naples to Sorrento, Sorrento to the Amalfi Coast, and from the Amalfi Coast to the Naples airport and made my trip amazing knowing I had reliable and dependable transportation. The communication from the company was also excellent informing me of my upcoming reservations.

Was extremely smooth experience and our trip was successful! From booking to coordination day of, everything went off without a hitch :). Drivers and staff were kind, courteous, and responsive.

We recently had to make the journey from Salerno to Praiano and heard horror stories of ferry and bus transfers. I decided to bite the bullet and search for a car/ driver.
After much searching I settled on Sorrento mainly because them charging per car not per passenger. The drivers were punctual and we both felt particularly safe during our journey along the narrow winding road.
Dion handled the booking process and it was seamless.
