Very reliable. Great communication before and on arrival via WhatsApp with both the booking team and our driver. Clean , smart vehicles and very helpful drivers. A really convenient transfer service which collected us from our central Naples accommodation to take us to our Amalfi coast accommodation and returned us safely to the airport 7 days later. Would recommend if you’re travelling to Naples and the Amalfi coast. Effortless and you can sit back and enjoy the view.

My family and I traveled to Italy and had been recommended this company to use for transfers to/from the airport to our hotel in Positano. We had a great experience and would highly recommend. Our flight was delayed, but communicating with our driver was easy and he was very responsive. The van we were picked up in was clean and comfortable for 7 people. Only positive things to say about this company!

We traveled through 6 European countries this past summer and transportation was not always smooth! However, SORRENTO REVIEW is an organization I would book with again any day of the week and twice on Sunday!! We used this private transfer for our large family from Naples train station to Praiano. After our enjoyable, safe transfer we switched plans later in our trip. We cancelled a train from Praiano to Rome and booked another private transfer. Our drivers were polite, safe, and on-time. The vans were clean. We had a fab experience with our transfers. We had to organise our transfer from the airport to Sorrento with very short notice. We contacted a few places, but communication and value for money was great with Sorrento Review and we chose their service. Everything went smoothly and we therefore chose them for our return transfers later the same week. Again, a seamless process and plenty of time allowed for traffic, ensuring we made it to the airport on time during a busy part of the day.

My partner and I booked a driver to take us from Naples to Sorrento and again from Sorrento to Salerno. Both experiences were very professional and comfortable. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign when we got there and even helped us with our bags. We would definitely use this company again when we’re back in Italy

We requested a transfer from Sorrento to Bomerano to hike the Path of the Gods. Our transfer arrived on time, despite our extremely early pick-up request. Our driver was friendly and very pleasant to speak to. When we arrived, he pointed us in the right direction to start our hike. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would book again!

My husband and I used Sorrento Review to book the Amalfi Coast Taxi tour to Ravello. Our driver was prompt and courteous and stopped at scenic spots along the way so we could take pictures. We also used the private transfer from Sorrento to Naples train station. It was reassuring to have excellent drivers who are familiar with the narrow, winding roads. Both drivers spoke English. The cars were very clean and comfortable.
Dion was great to work with and he confirmed our pick up times on the day prior to our excursions.

We had the nicest time. Our Captain was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. He treated us with so much care and was up to accommodate any request we had. He found us a very nice family restaurant to pull in to as well as some unique areas to view. He knew when to leave us alone and when to bring us Champagne. We are from the US and he spoke perfect English so that was super helpful. I have already recommended him to our friends that are traveling to Sorrento. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Our Positano boat trip was fantastic. The crew was very kind, patient and fun! Everything went smooth and we wouldn't hesitate to use this team again when we come back. Must do experience!!
