Incompetence has ended up costing my client over £12,000 more than they should have had to pay. I referred my clients in July 2022. Mortgage offer was ending on the 31/12/2022. The new rate was over 2% higher. They don't respond to emails, dodge calls, and make promises that they don't deliver on. I will never use this company again. There are better alternatives

I was allocated a case handler called Morgan C. Y. Williams. I was assured by my estate agents that he was reliable and good at his job. He initially contacted me and reassured me that he would assist throughout the process. He certainly fullfilled his promise. He always replied to my e-mails on the day of my enquiries and guided me through the required paperwork. I felt reassured by this regular contact and this kept my stress levels low. I was so pleased with his professional input, I have passed his details on to others. Thank you so much Morgan & Sortlegal. I will definitely use this company again.

I deal with solicitors/conveyancers on a regular basis. I have got to say that Rahma has given both my clients and myself excellent service. Very refreshing to experience someone that carries out her job with a brilliant Duty of Care these days.

Thomas Frith worked incredibly hard to ensure completion for 22 Dec within a very tight deadline over the festive period where the mortgage offer expired on 31 Dec and would not be extended. He excelled, going to great lengths to make sure the purchase completed.
In 20 years this is the first review I have left, we cannot thank Thomas enough.

Case handler changed a number of times.
Completion was advised mid November and then the solicitor seemed to locate some additional mortgage conditions despite having the offer for 2 months. No explanation as to why not dealt with previously - finally completed one month later. Client was on a high SVR with existing lender and delay resulted in higher monthly payment than should have been if the transaction had completed on time

I am a mortgage broker @ The Mortgage Dog and I have used HH for several clients in the last 6-8 months and they were amazing, turning the remortgages around in approx. 30 days. Thank-you!

Excellent service provided by Hennah Haywood Law. Frequent updates and brilliant level of communication with both broker/admin and client.

Wasn't great as felt they kept requesting more and more documents even though they'd previously been sent to the solicitor and dragged it out unnecessarily.

Had the pleasure of working with Lauren Evans at Fidler and Pepper. As a mortgage broker who prides himself on service and communication, I have dealt with my fair share of sub-standard conveyancers. However, Lauren was a breath of fresh air - always contactable, got stuff done quickly and efficiently and always kept in contact. Will look to use her for all my cases where possible going forward

I just want to give credit to Tom Hale and Natasha Marriott for all their work they have done with regards to chasing solicitors on our behalf and providing regular updates. Without them I think we would have still been waiting on the solicitors so cannot fault the efforts from both and will certainly be using this service again although not choosing O'Neill Patients :-)

Lucy Le Bas @ Hennah Haywood Law was fantastic from start to finish. I only found her through Sort Refer so I'm very pleased.

Payment made on 10th aug and getting a result after final complaint. Not good. Sort refer should have a process to follow to chase these cases. Disappointed on this case however I have 16 more cases with them so every case is different. Hope to get a better service for next cases.

This was hands down the best service I (the mortgage broker) and my clients have received for a remortgage for a long time.
We were kept informed every step of the process, I did not need to chase once.

I was recommended to Natasha from my work colleague. I picked up the phone to get some help with a case and she incredibly fast with answering the phone and coming back to me with the response. All within 10 mins. Incredible service.

Natasha Marriott has been exceptional in overseeing a HTB remortgage over the line. She is very responsive and has gone above and beyond in liaising with the solicitor to ensure that completion has gone through smoothly.

Not used them before but glad I did. had regular updates and super fast remortgage done on shared ownership.

I have nothing but good things to say about Llewela at Sort Refer. She has always been on hand to assist with any queries on our cases. She returns promptly with solutions which enables our difficult cases to progress through to completion.
