I had problems with my internet and missed the opportunity to buy the Venus earrings whilst they were in the sale. I emailed customer care and Debs was so helpful. She gave me a personal code that I could use to get the discount. I've now received my Venus earrings. They are divine! This is my 6th pair of earrings from Soru. I seldom buy earrings from anywhere else. They are a considered purchase but the are all so beautiful, and very unique. I get so many complements. Soru just get it right every time and I will continue to add to my collection.

I love the Soru sample sales and always find something good to buy before someone else beats me to it. This time it was the gorgeous "antiquey" gold bracelet. It works perfectly with my other bracelets to make a nice stack. I like a chunkier bracelet and this was perfect.

Soru Jewellery has the most unique and exquisite jewelry that I have ever seen. Each piece is hand-made and you can tell. The attention to detail and design of this brand is unmatched. I got Soru earrings for my mom a couple of years ago and she said Soru jewelry is all she ever wants from now on! So each year on her birthday and on Christmas I get her another pair of Soru earrings and she is so excited to see the beautiful treat inside the box. Jo in Soru's customer service department is also the best there is. She is so nice and so helpful. Soru Jewellery is my favorite jewelry line now and forever!

I was unsure as to whether Soru's charms were compatible for all bracelets. So I messaged via what's app. Deb responded and was unbelievably helpful. She even suggested small charms that wouldn't be too heavy on the wrist and even sent direct links. I couldn't have asked for more. Made the shopping experience way more simple.

This is my second time ordering from Soru Jewelry, and I couldn’t be happier. The pieces are absolutely beautiful! I get compliments all the time on their pieces. I had a pair of earrings that needed a repair for a missing crystal. Jo and Deb resolved it so fast, my earrings were send back to me looking great as new.

I wanted a new pair to match a dress for upcoming weekend Jo quickly send me pictures so I could choose, this is just 5 minutes after my request. I am so thankful.
Have been a customer for many years and own a lot of their earrings, they look exactly the same as they were on day 1, beautiful and precious. The team can not do enough to help. Love love love Soru always feel a million dollars wearing you. Can not wait to receive my new pair.

I have bought a pair of earrings of which I have only worn once two of the gems fell out when, I sent photos of the earrings in an email I was told that it looked like I had dropped them !! Which I had not. I felt totally insulted by this. Their customer service is absolutely awful. Do not buy from them.

I bought a pearl pendant but unfortunately it didn’t go with the earrings I had so returned it and was refunded straight away. I have earrings from Soru which I love. Beautiful jewellery

Update: this issue has now been resolved. Pre paid postage label supplied. Full refund given. £25 goodwill voucher as well. Many thanks

Spent hundreds of pounds on the Cimelio Cross Pendant. I had it in the box for 4 weeks. when I decided I would wear it, the paint (?) was peeling off the cross. Contacted customer service, who told me to send it back for evaluation via registered post. It will cost be £10 to send it back and they haven’t even told me the options for what they will do when it’s returned. Poor customer service. I will

Sent my lovely Amore earrings back for repair. Soru made it easy for me to ship abroad and Deb was an absolute star keeping me updated on progress. The earrings came back just as beautiful as when I got them two years ago!

One of the earrings is very loose - they are studs so the backing and peg are quite loose and can easily fall out my ear!!

The pieces look beautiful, however can’t get over how cheap and flimsy they feel. Especially for how much they costed me. Therefore I know I won’t be ordering again.
