AWFUL SERVICE - LEFT OUT OF POCKET 😡

AWFUL SERVICE AND I AM LEFT OUT OF POCKET FOR AN ERROR BY SOS SPARES. Ordered a bottle shelf for fridge, on invoice it said Bottle shelf, but when it arrived it was a shallow shelf and not a bottle shelf. It cost £16.00, they refused to pay for return postage, which is to France and it cost me £12… now out of pocket with no shelf. The communication was awful and no acknowledgement or apology … I asked for replacement rather than refund, but no message back. Terrible service… I asked them to refund postage for return to France, and said if they didn’t I would write a review … SOS Spares you need to get your shi* in a sock and look after your customers. Very disappointed and annoyed. 😡

SOS parts supplied when the manufacturer couldnt

When I couldn’t get the part from the Microwave manufacturer, I came across this site. I was a bit apprehensive as i hadn’t used them before, but I am delighted that they were able to supply the part, and it arrived within 2 weeks to Ireland. They certainly saved me the expense of a new microwave.

Don’t waste your money!

Ordered a seal for my fridge, 10 July 25. It was supposedly dispatched 14 July.
On 23 July asked where my part is. They responded on the 24 July saying it was lost, offered refund or new item to be sent. I immediately opted for a refund and have heard nothing since, they are clearly now ignoring me but still have my money!
If you are thinking of using this company, think again!

They have the part on order but don't deliver

I ordered a part, a shelf for my fridge on 2025-07-03. It was supposed to be deliverd by 21.07.2025.
On 2025-07-31 I left a comment asking where my part is.
They canceled the order and refunded me.
While I appreciate the refund I wasted one month, I don't have the part and I had to get in touch myself for them to realize they're not going to deliver the part.

WVG30461GB/03

Ordered bearing kit, 00619809,for a Bosch WVG30461GB/03. Worked perfectly well in the machine. 10 day delivery time, happy to wait as these are a better price. Bosch will try to sell you the rear tub for £220 upwards, then virtually the same amount of work to replace. Get these bearings instead.

I ordered a lid for my coffee machine, when I placed the order they said it would be delivered within 5 to 7 days... 1 month and 2 weeks passed and my order finally arrived... it was broken! I made a complaint and they told me if I wanted a new part or a refund... and they never responded to my emails again... think first before buying from this company, if something doesn't fit well no one will resolve it for you!

LG power board

Ordered new LG power board, it took roughly 10 days to arrive to Ireland from France.
I know it’s not what it says on their website, but it is worth a wait, because these parts are very hard to come by. Packaging was top class, I would definitely recommend this company.Thanks SOS parts.

SOS parts avoid!

The whole process of dealing with SOS parts was not transparent. From initial ordering where the website suggested that the part was in stock and then on purchasing being told it was out of stock. Waiting a considerable period before the part became available then being informed it had been dispatched and waiting a further period of time before it reached the UK. Final insult being told by parcel force to pay a further £54 in tax & duty to get the part released. SOS blaming this on Brexit but ignoring my questioning that this should have been pointed out on ordering. I would advise strongly that you don't use SOS parts. Order WAGUU8459.

If I could I would rate “0”. Order placed on Sunday 26th of January at 10am. destination: Ireland. according to their page it should take 3 working days for parcel to arrive. They created the order on Tuesday 28th.. parcel left Paris on 30th of January.. last update on tracking page is from 31 of January and it says “ ITEM ARRIVED AT NL TRANSIT HUB”. Now is Thursday the 5th of FEBRUARY 7PM and still no sign of delivery and no updates on tracking page. I sent email today with a question where is my parcel and that they should deliver within 3 working days as per the info on their page but they replied me back with just a link to the tracking system that I already have.... this is False advertising that delivery takes 3 working days if item is in stock. Well it was in stock and what? Where is it? They are using some peanuts worth curriers to send the parcel. This is now 8 working days since I placed the order (and I am still waiting. This is a Joke.. Do not order of them. Not worth your time folks.

Took money, no communication, order confirmation after 8 days. Delivery 19 days after trying to order

Tried to order a part from sos-parts, who I found using Google, but when I pressed the last button to commit to the order, this came up on the screen "We're sorry, but the Web address you're entered is no longer available". Checked my credit card and the money had been debited. Tried twice to contact sos-parts by email, the only option, but they didn't respond. Contacted my credit card company and got the money back.

UPDATE - since had Order Confirmation, 8 days after trying to place the order. Item arrived 29/1/25. Improved my rating from 1 star to 2 due to receiving the item.

DO NOT USE!! - This company are absolutely terrible with communication, they do not dispatch when they say, there is no tracking information available. The product I ordered is faulty and there is no way to arrange a return.

I ordered a product on 10 November

I ordered a product on 10 November. The estimated delivery date was 14 - 16 November. To date I have not received it. Had I known that SOS imports such products from France with a long delay in delivery I would never have ordered in the first place. When tracking the item the information states that product has arrived and has been dispatched. However, when I emailed SOS (like so many other companies there is no way to speak to anyone) I was told that my order had not been registered. Clearly someone is lying.
I have asked for a refund but guess what, my request is ignored. My advice: Avoid this company at all costs. Its behaviour is quite unethical. My advice to others if you have paid this company. Inform your bank immediately as they will do their best to help you recover your money. Update: I contacted my bank and explained the position. They said they would raise the matter with SOS. Within two days SOS had refunded my credit card payment but remember this was after information on their website had claimed that the part had been delivered!!! You have been warned and now know what you are dealing with. In future I recommend going directly to Bosch. And guess what? The part and postage is cheaper!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! This epitomises everything that is wrong with globalisation. It is a French company with only ONE way to contact them, a web form. You then need to wait 24 hours, hoping someone will respond. Clearly a small business that’s been sold a shit tech solution which makes them look way too big for their boots as Stormzy would say,

They sucked me in with a cheaper than UK price. I bought the part 3 days ago and literally nothing until I chased them yesterday and finally had confirmation of despatch today. 3 days when everything is in stock? Hmmmmm! I paid over £10 for delivery which was supposed to be a quicker delivery, clearly not! I think they offer 2 prices dependant on carrier not time, but this is not clear. It’s definitely a rip-off either way. And you can’t speak to a human!

Look if you need spare parts, time is clearly a factor. So this site is pointless. I have no idea when my part will arrive but I just wish I had used a UK company or a Frech company being honest and explaining what to expect. I do use another French site for different products and they are amazing! So please don’t think I’m being Francophobic.

Theyve just paid Google a shit load of money to promote the site. This is just the fault of Google as much as the shit company. If searches returned organic results we would truly see the best ranked pages. Google has now just become a list of adverts. Be warned world this is the future, nothing as it seems, promises of greatness but a hollow empty reality.

And if you need customers for your business, please don’t make it near impossible to get in touch. Literally nobody can make an argument that web forms and emails are the preferred way to interact with a business. You can cut your costs but in return you remove value and drive down profits. So you are literally running your business in to the ground. Good luck with that!

I have ordered a washing machine door and still waiting for over a month! I have paid extra as it states the delivery would be in 3 working days but yet been over a month! It is a joke, I have write them and they are saying that sorry your Item has been lost! Scary

De Dietrich Cooker Knobs - Ordered replacements from SOS Accessoire through their UK company, SOS PARTS as the items had to be sent from France. I checked out SOS Accessoire which was a legitimate french company listed on the official company register for France. The price was far more competitive than other websites. The transaction went through smoothly and I was able to track my item from France and download an invoice for my records. The items arrived as new, in tact and well packaged. There was a slight delay of 2 days over their estimate. This was because on arrival at the International Distribution Office in Heathrow, the items were then sent to a central Hub in Sheffield rather than going straight to my Central sorting office for delivery. Nevertheless, I'm very pleased with the product & service and would use again. Hope this helps to balance off the negative reviews.
