We worked with SOS on a group wide strategic printer roll, with over 100 printers being rolled out across 47 sites throughout the UK and Channel islands.

SOS were a pleasure to work with and supported us throughout the project lifecycle, helping identify our needs, define the devices that would best suit each site, install and train user.

The team at SOS were very professional and not only did they deliver and install to each site to the agreed plan (which had very aggressive timelines), they also managed to bring some deliveries forward when issues were encountered with our old devices.

Since project completion we have continued to see an outstanding level of BAU support.

I recently purchased a new Canon printer from Elliot @ SOS systems, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment we saw Elliot the sales guy to the installation , I was impressed by its design and Kevin from SOS friendly setup and training . The print quality is absolutely stunning—sharp, vibrant colours and crisp text that truly elevate my printing experience.

What’s even more impressive is the speed at which it prints. Whether I’m printing documents or photos, it handles everything effortlessly and quickly. It's become an essential part of our office, we should of purchased 5 years ago!

Additionally, the customer service I received was top-notch. The support team was incredibly helpful and responsive, guiding me through the setup process and answering all my questions with patience and expertise. It's rare to find such excellent service these days!

Great aftercare service from the office team and engineers. Call outs are within 2 working days.
Last year we moved office, the engineers came in got the copier down a flight of stairs!! and set it all up in the new office. Nothing was a problem :).
