Scammers, I have cancelled and they are still trying to take money from my account

I spoke to the company to cancel and tell them they are scammers, this was over a week ago. Today they tried to take money out if my account AGAIN. Lucky for me, their payments are blocked and can't be taken from my account. Absolutely lack of respect or any ethics... And of course nothing will be done about it. I want all of my money back! Absolute scum bags

Good customer service team

Good customer service team.

I had to raise an issue to the customer service team regarding a charged I didn't approve. However, the issue is being addressed and the customer service team have said they would issue a full refund.
