Customer service could be improved
Ordered at a busy time of year I know, but my order was not dispatched for weeks and weeks (without any update as to when it would be delivered and I had paid for 2-3day delivery) When it finally arrived it had been damaged in transit which is obviously not their fault, however when I emailed to report it I felt the responses were very unhelpful and I was basically told it's not their fault and I would have to wait for Royal Mail to deal with the claim. I feel the customer service needs to improve massively (I actually paid more for this order than buying elsewhere as I was trying to support and smaller business) I did receive a part refund in the end after about a month of waiting once Royal Mail had agreed. Such a shame as the shop in Paignton which I originally shopped in was great!

This was my first time ordering sweets online and I can honestly say I'll be doing it again! I was looking for some specific sweets for my nephews birthday and ended up ordering additional for my son also as they looked amazing! I got the Best before date boxes and was kinda underwhelmed I thought because it’s past its best before I’d get a wide range of stuff. I felt like it was stuff which was found under a random box or had dropped somewhere and was thrown in. The amount of marshmallow and small sweets like rings they didn’t really work alongside the amount I paid for it. And the free gift was £2 sweets from sweetzone and didn’t taste like anything

Great Sour Sweets - Better Than Anywhere I've Found - Update BAD NEWS
Can't complain - much better value than buying from a high street shop or a supermarket which is weird?!
Good quality, actual sour sweets without being stupidly sour and ripping the enamel from your teeth.
Only complaint I have is the sourness is a little inconsistent, but not a problem, just loses that 1 star for it.
Update: Dropping this to a 2 star as I ordered the same product as I did last time, and it was nothing like as good. I wrote to them asking why and expressing my dissatisfaction - their reply was pretty much "Hard lines."

Rubbish variety
Ordered 3kg of jellies came fast no problem but just under 2kg was all eggs and teeth not a very good variety at all.after contact with so sweet I was offered a refund. Thank you very much .

Whenever I visit Paignton, I always have to pop into the shop. I usually come back with a good haul, so I thought I’d try the website.
Really good selection of products, lots of goodies to choose from. Very reasonable prices, especially on the imports. It was delivered really quickly, and packed securely. I will definitely use the website again, and I’ve already made another order, which has been shipped literally a couple of hours after ordering. Very impressed with you guys! Well done!
