Clothes... Yes. Shipping delays... NO!

The clothes are gorgeous but since late last year, I had to cancel an order due to shipping delay and I am now waiting on an order placed months ago.

Do Not Buy From Here!

Looks like my situation is the same as practically everyone else! I ordered a dress in February and sent an email in April to see why it hadn’t shipped yet. I got some excuse about shipping delays, which I tried to be understanding of. I received 10 off my order and was told it would be shipping soon. May comes around and still nothing. I requested a full refund at that point. It’s been over a month since I requested the refund and all I get is excuses on why it won’t go through or they’re following up with some Ops team on the request. It doesn’t make any sense and it’s extremely disappointing to see this happening to not only myself but so many others. People work hard for their money and this company is just stealing from us!

Edit per reply from the company: I had already provided my PayPal information for a refund and it’s still been over a month and counting. I have been sending a follow up email weekly and I get the same excuse that they are waiting on confirmation of refund details from Ops team. I’m going to have to file a claim with my CC

Items order in February....Still Not received

Items order in February, yet to be delivered, yet to be refunded. I have been patient and worked with every stall tactic offered by the company. Entire order currently in dispute with me CC provider. Don't waste your time or energy.

Horrible!!

Not Black Owned, Frauds

Never again! These ppl are from China perpetrating as black owned company to get our money. Placed order back in April & it still hasn’t been fulfilled. Shut them down at this point.

UPSET and DISSATISFIED

I made my first purchase on April 16th…

I made my first purchase on April 16th 2022, inquired via email and was offered a 25% discount or a full refund, I asked for the discount; my mistake!!! I am still waiting, no information on when my dress will be shipped, there is no change in shipping information to date. I was told that my dress would ship at the end of the month, then I checked three times and the site said they are “ under reconstruction “

Poor management

I'm here to join the chorus of dissatisfied customers who purchased clothing this year. It is now going on four months since my order was completed, and no update on when my order will be shipped. At one point I would have been more understanding of processing delays. I'm long beyond that point. I've received some solicitation to come back to the site and buy more items at least once a week if not more. Instead of heavy advertising for folks to come to the website and buy more products that won't ship timely, why not focus all time, effort, and resources on addressing the existing customers who are fed up for not receiving their merchandise? I've never seen such a blatant and bold act of poor customer service and business management. I have sent numerous emails and received nicely articulated responses of having no update. Don't waste your hard earned money with a company that does not truly value their customers (at least not more than their revenue).

FRAUUUDDDDD

This is absolutely disrespectful. I ordered from them one time before and was extremely happy with my order. This time I ordered $518 worth of clothing on 4/11 and have not yet received a tracking number. I’ve emailed and they keep sending automated messages that have nothing to do with the email I sent.

This is absolutely ridiculous, people work hard for their money and to have a black owned business carry on like this is so unacceptable. I have asked for a refund in the form of my money and even now I am willing to accept my order but they are leaving me no choice other than to dispute the charges as fraud with my bank.

I wish had come to see reviews sooner I would not have ordered from them. It is so frustrating when someone is basically playing with your money.

This company is a bunch of crooks

I made a purchase from their site in April 2022, It is now June 2022 and they still have not shipped my order. When I contacted about it they apologized for the delay and offered me either 25% off my order OR a refund in the form of store credit. I wouldn't ever shop from this company again so I chose the 25% off and to continue to wait. They did not refund me 25% of my order but instead sent me a $10 store credit. They also said it would take another 6-8 weeks before they ship my order. This whole company is a scam.

RUN!

Used to be my favorite brand, I purchased orders last year and loved what I received.
I now have three orders that have been placed between 2 and 5 months ago, have received the same long winded and insubstantial emails that everyone else has about shipping delays, and after requesting a refund a month ago, got more run-around about how they’re transitioning into a new payment system (insert more rambling excuses here).
They are unfortunately not to be trusted. They will take your money, keep it, and you will most likely never get your purchase into your hands. Don’t waste your money or energy here.

I placed an order on February 28th

I placed an order on February 28th, 2022 and after a month with no shipping info, I emailed the contact given on the site only to be sent an apology for the delay and was offered a $23 refund and a discount code for future purchase, along with a request to submit a positive review about the handling of my issue. I planned to submit a review, but not until I received the product I already had paid for. Since then, they posted a shipping delay notice on the site but we are now entering June, well past the 60 days they say their orders are being delayed. They have stopped responding to my monthly inquiries and the number posted on their site? Surprise surprise, it’s a NON-WORKING number and it hangs up on you offering no other resolution or resource. Absolute scam and horrible business practices. As sad and repetitive as it is, I sincerely wanted to support a fellow black-owned business and ended up beyond disappointed.

It’s been two months and still no…

It’s been two months and still no outfit received. They’ve stopped responding to my email.

They contacted me after this review and offered future discounts or full refund. I went for full refund. I have received the refund.
They blamed the delay on supplier dispute. Personally I feel they probably doing something very wrong because I found the same outfit in a different online shop at 4 times cheaper than theirs, and I received my order in under two weeks.
My order was on March 15. Today is June 1st. Just tread carefully. I was unlucky. I lost the excitement one gets when the place an online order and look forward to the item.
Maybe you will be lucky.

Indeed, what you have been through is something we can call 'unlucky' and 'unfortunate.' It's true that we have been in a battle with some suppliers which is why we are acquiring two new warehouses in CA and NJ respectively to dramatically cut down shipping times.

The reason you may find some of our stuff in other stores is because our suppliers also supply other brands and while it would be really good for us to have them exclusively deal with us, we wouldn't want to lock them in a contract that would hinder them to hustle freely.
