Hi Jay - I just left a voicemail on the number attached to your order. You had selected an untracked shipping method and got in touch with us last week to raise this issue. We asked that you give it a couple of days and let us know if it wasn't delivered then so we can send out a new one. Please call us back so we can confirm your address and do that.
There is a chat widget (which you used) on the website, email that you can respond from your order confirmation and contact information including phone number also listed on the Trustpilot page. You now also have a voicemail you can call us back from.

"Regarding the seller, Soul Drifter Guitars: Excellent service, very professional and fast shipping. Order #4577 arrived quickly via Australia Post.
However, I am disappointed with the Pyramid Black Wires strings. They are quite expensive, and the quality did not meet my expectations: the high E (.010) string broke within the first hour of playing. Also, the black coating started fading away after only 30 minutes. While the sound is nice, the quality-to-price ratio is poor. I recommend this shop, but I would suggest avoiding this specific string set."

I purchased the red titanium set for my…
I purchased the red titanium set for my Gotoh bridge and the string lock screws are already scratched up. I purchased a purple set last year and they are fantastic but the red set seems different, it’s more like a coating than the purple. The purple is more like an anodized screw while the red is colored and then has a clear coat over it. I probably would have bought a different color if I’d known how easily they scratched in red. It would also be nice if the fine tuner screws came with new retainers as the original ones broke when I removed them to install the red ones. No fault of soul drifter just would be a nice gesture to be able to reinstall them.
