The product quality was first class ....

Despite my dread of buying anything which is Chinese made, this time, I was pleasantly surprised. The only negative was the delivery delay .... and I imagined the worst.

I ordered a Katana shirt, it wasn't cheap, but when it arrived, I was genuinely blown away with the quality. The workmanship was first class, but what surprised and pleased me, in equal measure, was the weight of the material. All so often when we order Chinese made clothing and whilst the goods received can be considered similar to the advertising pics, it's obvious that a cheaper and lighter material has been substituted .... not so this time, the shirt was everything that I could have asked for.

I ordered shoes from Solana back in April. By the time May rolled around. I still had no tracking data. I sent an email to customer service, and they responded that the item was delayed but they were shipping it now. That was one month after I had initially ordered The item. 20 days later, I still had not received any updated shipping information and I reached out to customer service again. They said there was a lot going on with customs and the item should be to me very soon. Fast forward to June 15th, and I still have no item. I requested a refund, and finally was given a refund near the end of June. They did not give me a full refund, but charged me for shipping for an item I never received. If that's not the ultimate scam, I don't know what it is. I sent another email to customer service asking why was I charged shipping for an item. Item. Not even sure that they shipped. I received silence and no reply. Do yourself a favor shop somewhere else. Shop anywhere else, except Soulana.

It took a month to get my garment.
Couldn't get tracking info for over two weeks .
The garment was two sizes too small.
Now they want me to pay for shipping to Canada.
I would tell friends to avoid this company.
Just read the reviews of others.

Ordered a Katana shirt in size XL. The sleeves were way too short. I could send it back for a refund but since they are in Canada that would cost me €21 - for a shirt of €36!
After contacting support I was satisfied with their friendly reply but I still suggest buyers to read all details about shipping & returning.

Very slow delivery time. 3 weeks and still waiting. Hopefully it fits when it arrives otherwise the exchange may take the rest of the year

Time from order to delivery is vast. Temu delivers from the USA in half the time. Order went to another address and they take forever to respond to online to requests for new items or redirection. Dont hold you breath

I ordered 2 Katana shirts because I like the style. I have never needed larger than 2X but when they arrived they were way too tight - a slim fit, but I'm not! So I just sent them back to exchange for 3X - have never worn 3X - but worried that these too will be tight. My complaint is that not only did I pay for shipping to receive the shirts, but customer service made me pay for shipping ($26 by the cheapest USPS service) to return them - even though they are not properly sized - their issue! So these shirts, supposedly discounted as bundle - are costing me $77.19 + $26 return postage - and I'm not certain the 3X will fit!

I had not read any online reviews before this, my first order with Soulona. I must say, I have ordered online via Facebook ads a number of times, and I'm most often disappointed by what I get versus what I was shown. I just received my Soulona order and, to my surprise, am thrilled with the fit and the quality (they said it was made with superior material and it was. The stitching and the look matched that of their promo photos completely. I'd recommend this shirt to anyone. Based on this experience, I'd recommend Soulona to anyone. Yes, it took a while to arrive. We've all become spoiled by Amazon's instant shipping. I imagine Soulona is a small enterprise (Canadian-based) and the likelihood is I'll have to wait for my orders from them, but thus far, the wait has proven worth it. I'm very pleased.

Ordered on April 30th, been telling me it's in Coppell, TX, which is just 5 hours SE of me, if you check Coppell TX, it's population is 52% Asian, so why all the International stuff if it's in Texas, this is just a Chinese scam posting false tracking.

Order Katana shirt. After one wash using cold and gentle cycle color already fading and stitching coming undone. Cheap cotton and poor stitching. 😔

Wish I'd have looked at the reviews before I bit, been 11 days since I ordered and still "being processed by shipper", personally, I think it's just a front for a Chinese company with a transparent presence in N. America, only spent $85, so not that bad, but this company is a total fraud in their advertising.

Garbage. Shipping took forever then once arrived Cpme to find is very cheap trash made in China. Soul on a not even the actual brand, tag says CAOMINMAYI. Bait and switch scam!

It took a little longer to arrive than expected however it is really good quality, perfect fit etc so all good 👍 I had made contact with customer support when it was taking longer than expected and they responded quickly and competently which was reassuring 😊

Pretty sure this is a scam, sunglasses haven't arrived and ordered it a month ago

The shirt ordered - Men's "Katana" Japan Style Shirt - is of good quality and size. Shipping and delivering took 2 weeks, a bit long but doable. The company reacted promptly to my enquiries for updates by email. The final result is what counts the most: happy with my new, sturdy shirt.

Terribly slow shipping - took months! When I finally got the pants they were too small. I asked to return them for the next size. THE ONLY PLACE TO SHIP A RETURN IS CANADA! It would cost $38 US to ship the $39 pants back to them! Do not order anything from these people!

Soulana bombarded me with pop-up emails, so in the end I decided to buy some shirts. When it came time to put my address in, Thailand was not included in the list of countries. Total waste of time.

I bought nothing from this company because I saw a watch called longlux automatic which had been price dropped from 199 us dollars to 59 us dollars which I was immediately skeptical of so then I went on ali express and saw the same watch for 25 euro😂these are definitely a con job.

It took over a month to receive my sandals. By that time, the event I needed them for had come and gone. I had asked for a stop order for these sandals through their customer service portal but received no reply. I rewrote the company after I had received them asking for forbearance on the "customer pays" return policy due to their error but was "didn't have return labels." The cost to return the items was nearly 50% of the cost of the sandals. My expectation was to have them refund the cost without return of item since I didn't feel my dissatisfaction was of my making. They did not offer this to me.
