I'm always reluctant to order anything from a company that advertised while I'm playing games on my phone but I really like an ad for their silverware so I went ahead and ordered it. Yes, it does take forever to get it but I wasn't in a hurry. I contacted their customer service twice and both times I received a prompt and helpful response. When they finally arrived they were of the highest quality . I couldn't be happier.

Do not purchase anything!! Terrible company. It took weeks to receive the coat I purchased for my son. By the time I got it it was Spring. I ordered an XL and it was so small it did even fit me. I am a woman’s small. Don’t do it you will truly regret it. The return is impossible so your pretty much out any money you spend.You also have to pay out of pocket for the return. It’s a real lose lose. I think that’s what they hope for and that’s how they stay in business. DO NOT DO IT!

The only reason I give it one star was because no stars wasn't an option to give it no stars. I ordered my wife a Valentine's gift before Valentine's day. It is March the fourth and I still haven't received the product. I emailed but was told it was out of their hands. That it was already in the hands of the USPS. But it isn't. I'll never use this company again and I encourage others to not waste their time with this company.

I am so grateful to the team at Soulona for resolving a purchase issue. The product, a men's shirt, is very good looking and well-made. I had purchased the wrong size. Soulana exchanged the shirt and it arrived in great shape, packaged with care. I will be purchasing more products from this fine company. Many thanks!

do not buy anytthing from these people. sizing is all over the place. quality is poor and good luck returning anything. I just spent $33 on return shipping and they refused delivery. So, now I'm stuck with $160 worth of useless crap, and I've wasted a further $33 on failed return shipping

This company neither ships the product ordered, nor communicates meaningfully in any way. They take your money, and then disappear. Be advised to never order anything from them!

Terrible clothing, incredibly slow shipping (30+ days)

I ordered and paid for a shirt six weeks ago.
Nothing delivered. No action taken and no offer to assist despite numerous requests.

I ordered a product that seemed metallic on the picture when I ordered it it was cheap Chinese rubbish and was just flat red. I do not recommend you buy from this company. They are very very slow on email very very slow on delivery and it’s being shipped directly from China and inflated price avoid like the plate. I also got a watch that didn’t work. Well I spoke to them as well about that but I gave up in the end.

Soulona has a policy of not paying for ANY returns WHATSOEVER! If they send you the wrong size, the wrong color, the wrong product… they will NOT make it right by paying for the merchandise to be returned, PERIOD!! Please do not order merchandise from companies who are so anti-consumer!

BIG WARNING, this company is not from Canada. It's 100% Chinese. They go under diffferent names around the world. There are probably hundreds of these that say that they are from a "fair" country. So far I have found these 4 sale sites.

At the Swedish website they made up a story about a boutique they have had in Sweden for 20 years but that didn't exist. I bought a vest M that was XS. They don't take it back. I have sent 4 reminders, no answer. Criminals. The company in China from where they sent it is below. Probably just a post address.

Very funny email address

Ordered the katana shirt, received regular updates and when there was a mix up on delivery Soulona was quick to respond and it was all sorted. Shirt proudly worn!

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I had bought a vest that was way under sized I ordered a 2XL a 5XL is what it was labeled it was more like a smedium! When trying to return it was told it would cost more than I paid for the vest to ship to Canada! Just pass by this company they are a scam!! 1 star because you can't choose 0

Purchased from company on Jan 13,2025. Never shipped for 5 days and now it’s still not delivered. Jan24,2025. This is the longest shipping has taken even from china. Unacceptable!!!

Ordered XL Mens Winter Jacket. Ordered 12/30/2024, delivered !/22/2025. Jacket was at least two sizes too small. Sent company same info and asked for a refund and a return shipping label. Will see what happens.

UPDATE! I thought I had checked the size chart but evidently did not. In checking it I discovered that the XL is about a small to medium AMERICAN size, This site is for the ASIAN MARKET. They should put an announcement on the page about that. I was told that I could return it for a refund...ya right. Postage from North Central America to Canada is $54.00 I am not going to throw good money after bad. Rating still stands. Goodwill donation.

I ordered my usual size (2XL) but when the shirt arrived it was too small. I contacted Soulona via their website and they were extremely helpful.
I gifted the shirt at their suggestion and they arranged a 15% refund for this, along with a code for 20% of a new order for a 3XL shirt.

I bought a Men's "Katana" Japan Style Shirt, I was concerned because of some of the reviews, but I so liked the design I went ahead and ordered. Well they exceeded expectations, well made and finished, reasonably thick fabric, the colours are accurate to the photos and both came (grey and blue) within 2 weeks. All my uk shirts are medium - I ordered medium from Soulona and the fit is perfect. So happy with this purchase.
