I took a couple of quotes from different companies and sound affair was a little above. Add in the service around delivery of appropriate packaging and organisation of returns and this was an easy transaction.
The placement of agreed price was swift.
All in all a great deal.

I found myself with a B&O 9000 and 2
BeoLab6000 speakers in the house I purchased. As I didn’t need them, I found Sound Affair via Google . I sent the details and was given a price and a collection date . James arrived checked and took the equipment and paid the previously agreed upon price on the spot. Superb service and a pleasure to deal with

Very rapid service - ordered on Saturday evening and delivered on Tuesday morning. The packing was superb - I defy the worst courier ever to damage the goods. I'm not going to review the Beolab 4000 speakers, which are as good as expected, but they were in exceptional condition as described. They even came with power leads which I wasn't expecting (though I hoped). All-in-all a great experience and it won't be the last time I use Sound-Affair.

Unfortunately, I ordered some shipping boxes for my Beolab 8000's and never received anything. I tried reaching out multiple times via email and never heard back. I am just out $183 USD for my order.

Really easy and simple service. James was professional and friendly and made everything very straightforward. I sold a few old B&O sound systems to him, he gave me a quote beforehand, then came and had a look and made payment on the spot.

From the moment that I contacted Sound-Affair and they made me an offer my my Bang and Olafsen system they were totally honest and upfront. An offer was made and accepted and even though a couple of faults developed on the system while discussions about shipping etc were being made, they kept to their promise. SA gave me a fair quotation on the products I had. They sent me a label for the boxed product and the carrier collected on a date to suit me. after checking and testing I received the cash in my account one day later. a pleasant experience from start to finish.
