Sound Gas professional helped us fixed our boiler quickly. It was very easy to make an appointment and their service was great 👍

Where others quoted a price just for diagnostics , Sound quoted to service and a check the boiler for the weird banging sounds. Alfie (engineer) checked the boiler, advising as he was doing so, and solved the issue. I really appreciated how clear he was with his advice and options to help me make informed decisions - 100% recommend!

The service has been brilliant from Sound Gas! Recently bought a property and there were issues with the boiler and hot water temperatures being inconsistent.
They managed to fit me in the next day and spent a few hours on site sorting the issue. Arranged a boiler service as a follow up and this was done super efficiently and to an excellent standard.
Was more than happy to take up one of the service plans which are great value too!

We had a recent gas leak and a leaky tap. They were very quick to respond, determined the problem quickly, then provided us with clear options and next steps. We got a new Hob fitted as a result and no more leaky tap. Service was very quick, proffessional and tidy. Overall a fantastic service and I would highloy recommend them. Thanks again!

These guys were great, we had no hot water coming from our from our taps in any of the outlets, literally no water running from them them. Everything else was fine but it was in my elderly parents home.
Sound Gas Services came within a few hours and were great managed to sort out all within same call out fee.

I couldn't be happier with the service. Sound Gas Services was punctual, polite and very professional. They explained what needed to be done and dealt with the issue. I definitely recommend them to others.

We had what turned out to be a very complicated issue with our underfloor heating controls. Alfie worked extremely hard to sort it out, he refused to be beaten! He made a couple of visits and did more hours than expected, but he was happy to remain with the original quote. He is a very pleasant, professional and authentic engineer. We highly recommend him, and will definitely contact him first for any future electrical issues.

Sam and Alfie recently replaced my boiler and were totally professional, polite, prompt, clean and tidy workers and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I will be using them again myself when have my bathroom replaced.
