Site visit to resolve an ongoing issue
Liam has been most helpful with an ongoing internet issue. They have been checking on a regular basis to see how things are going as although the system was working, it wasn't providing the full facilities. Liam & Lynn took the time to visit our premises and went above and beyond to resolve the issue before leaving. They even resolved an issue with the TV unit it's self so really appreciated their visit.

Lucia's search manifested itself as listening to each and EVERY track, at almost 100% volume, expertly critiquing everything from the individual instrumentation, to the overall production quality. These are talents, that until now, she kept very quiet about.
We don't want to make audio that's just satisfactory, we want to make audio that goes above and beyond. So, if that means spending a few hours going through the archives, then that's exactly what we'll do.

Superb from Hello to Goodbye
We were connected with Sound Marketing by our new telephone system provider and from the first conversation I knew we'd struck gold. Mike and his team are personable, professional and knowledgable and take the time to get to know the companies they're providing voices for.
The online Script portal is easy to understand and use and there's a wealth of voices and background music to choose from.
Every nuance in a message can be tweaked and adjusted until you, as SoundM's client, are 100% happy.
I really can't speak highly enough of Sound Marketing and am delighted that they're now involved in the way we interract with our customers on the telephone.
