This was probably the best consumer experience I have ever had. First Steve was thorough and patient in ensuring that I received the advice I needed. Secondly my order was dealt with quickly. Thirdly the quality of the cables I bought are first class. They work perfectly and look very good.

Beocentre 2000 5 Din to RCA
The Bang & Olufsen flagship store in London where very quick to point me to Steve at Sounds Heavenly after I enquired about a specific Din to RCA cable and Steve did not disappoint! His response time was amazingly swift and something I'm not used to in this day and age. He went above and beyond to help, asking for all the specifics of my system to allow him to provide an accurate recommendation of what to purchase to complete my vision of modernising my beloved Beocentre 2000! 10/10!

Connecting Beosound 3200 to Sonos Port and beyond
I bought some cables from Sounds Heavenly a few years back. Things were working great until I moved house and had to reset everything from scratch. No matter what I tried, I could not get the Beosound to stream music to my Sonos system. I reached out to Steve at Sounds Heavenly and he came back to me same day (on a weekend!) with really good advice. Between the 2 of us, we worked out what the issue was and everything is back to working like a charm. Talk about extended after sales care 😁. Many many thanks Steve, really appreciate your help and also all your videos on YouTube that help us nostalgic die hard B&O fans move our old systems into 2025.

I would highly recommend Sounds Heavenly. Steve is so helpful and his customer care is second to none. We had to message him several times and he replied very very quickly. We are elderly and perhaps not as quick at grasping things but he was so helpful.

Steve is excellent
I’ve had my B&O kit for many years and have leaned heavily on Steve many times to help move it over to run over Sonos so I can keep my lovely B&O kit current. Always helpful, service brilliant.
