I have worked with Waliur for the past few months and it's been nothing but great! I have worked with few previous property sourcers but unlike them, Waliur is very transparent, honest and has a vast knowledge about the property. He doesn't sugarcoat things and always updates you throughout the project. It's a breeze of fresh air to work with a company that is that trustworthy.

Amazing experience. I was searching for a while trying to secure a purchase for a house. With a lot of competition it was near impossible to land the right deal. Property Sourcing Solutions were able to land a great deal for me. I managed to save a lot by taking this route as PSS managed to secure close to asking price. They do take a small fee, but it is worth it as you won’t be buying a house for an amount extortionately more than asking price.
If you are looking to buy a house which won’t cost tens of thousands more than asking price then Property Sourcing Solutions is who you need to contact. I can’t recommend them enough.
