Cipriano is an absolute legend. I never used a service like this before so wasn't exactly sure what to expect but it was simple.
He answered my texts within minutes and informed me of every update between purchase arriving at his and being sent by him.
The pricing was very cheap, I presumed it would have cost more for shipping on its own from Italy to Ireland but Ciprianos service and shipping was a lot cheaper than I expected.
Definitely happy to recommend Cipriano and if needed I will use him again. Top notch. Cheers

I wanted to purchase something that was only available in Europe, and I'm in NJ, USA. They received my package and forwarded it to me in NJ for a super reasonable fee. They respond to emails quick and communicate well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a ceramic figurine from a wedding shop from Rome, Italy on January 19th. I was nervous about all this, but this exact figurine is what I wanted and I couldn’t find it in the US. It was delivered to SourcingItaly on January 22th. Then he shipped it, and it was delivered to my home in Mississippi, USA on January 29th! The figurine was packaged well and it did not break! I am so happy!! It arrived in less than 2 weeks from when I ordered it. Wonderful service. He was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

I made a purchase on ebay Italy and had it shipped to Sourcing Italy which they then forwarded it to me at a reasonable price. The ebay seller would not ship it directly to the USA. (why, I do not understand)

Cipriano also handled a small problem that Fedex had with my package. The ebay seller had put a aerosol spray can in the package that I did not know about. Fedex flagged the air shipment and had to remove the spray can. Everything worked out with only a small delay.

I recommend Cipriano's service 100% without reservation. Like most folks I wanted some goods - in my case, books - that were only available for dispatch to Italian addresses. After searching the 'Net and researching reviews, I chose SourcingItaly as my courier. As this was my first time working with an international courier, I was cautious but I can happily report that my experience was a positive one.

Cipriano makes the process painless and very easy. Communication is clear; he is responsive and attentive to details. He took care to keep me informed as my parcels arrived and when it was time to forward them, the turnaround was fast and efficient. He also took great care in preparing all documentation and keeping me updated on its progress as needed. My parcels were carefully packed and arrived in great shape.

My greatest concern going in was honesty and in that regard Cipriano receives an A+. He received my parcels and shipped them to me without any issues on his side. He also helped me with communicating with Poste Italiane when necessary. He is an honest, trustworthy and responsible courier.

Things work ok until there is a mistake . Once there is a mistake the person who does the work ( one individual) will blame you in a rude way and will not admit any mistake. I do not recommend this website.

Update* the sourcingitaly.com person has replied to this review refusing again to admit a simple mistake. He received our package & forwarded it without informing us that he received it, we didn’t even pay for shipping ! Didn’t ask where do we want it to go, is it a gift or going to the same address he saved without telling us ( an old address) we did not provide him with shipping info we didn’t pay for anything , we didn’t know that he saved our address from the previous time we used his service over a year ago ! Yet, he shipped the parcel quietly & oops!! it’s all our fault not his at all ! He still does not admit making any mistake and talks in his reply about us waiting until” the last minute “ what last minute? He selected to make it a last minute. The whole thing took less than a week yet he claims that we waited for 3 weeks. Again, i do not recommend this guy’s service. He is unprofessional & his personality is just not positive or even ok .
