First class products and fast delivery

Arrived quickly once shipped. (It took a week to get shipped though and I didn't see any mention of stock shortage when purchasing.)
The dehydrator is excellent. It seems to be well-built and a quality product.

Simplicity. This is only the second time of use. Both products, combustibles were high quality.

I bought the smoking gun tools few days ago and requested to return it. because it didn`t work well. The Sous Vide Tools company said I cannot return it because of the item has been used.
If I don`t try it how I can know it is working good or bad? It doesn`t make sence. I only used a bit wooden pallet and a filter. This company Returning Service is really bad.

Excellent service and communication. I purchased a replacement grill grate for my Japanese konro grill. This was delivered quickly and perfectly packaged. Perfect!

Would use sousvide again. Shopped around but went with them to get a sage pro smoke gun with cloches & extra wood chips in a great deal- all brilliantly packed and delivered quickly (I live in Northern Ireland) I bought extra types of sous vide own brand wood chips thinking I would need loads but at this rate I have a lifetime supply! They work beautifully in the gun too - I preferred them to the sample sage included in their box. Great value for money. My husband loved the applewood smoked pull pork & smoky old fashioned I made with it!

I hadn't opened my order for a few weeks to discover what had been sent were some missing items. An email to customer service on the Sunday and Monday morning it was all sorted. Super quick no quibble and really helpful.

Outstanding customer service, thanks Lucy and particularly Rachel for your quick attention, followed minor fault with a grill and got another out in really tight timescales as was a special Birthday gift.

Horrendous service start to finish ,grill arrived damaged then I had to package it up and take to the post office as they won't collect even though they deliver it.
I told them I could repair it for small discount but was told it can't be repaired , I told them I have been a metalworker in the car trade 35 years and I can assure you I could have repaired it.
I returned it at my own expense £17.95 until they receive then refund me even know none of the problem is mine.
I was offered a bag of charcoal as compensation for the hassle if I took another grill which I had to pay for first They partially refunded me for the original , the refund for postage and item is now coming in 3 installments. Surely just sending a new grill would have been the correct procedure.
I also had to send pictures of the damaged item and then as this was not good enough I had to send a video as clearly they assumed I was lying about the damaged item.
I myself have been in business 31 years and never in my time have I treated a customer so poorly ,I would have given a free grill as compensation after the hassle they caused me.
Not a company I will ever use or recommend to anyone else to use
Steer clear would be my advice...

They do what it says on the label. A very good product will buy another once these two rolls have been used up

I always have a look at this site first when I need sousvide products. They have top quality products and always deliver on time. Never had a bad experience with them and I will continue buying from them. Great service.

Ordered the Sage® Commercial Pro Smoking Gun Package with Plate Cloche. If you could rate it twice I would!!!! Over the moon with it! It really does add a smoky taste to meat and penetrates quite deeply. I'm very impressed, the device is solid as are the parts. It's easy to clean and simple to use.

Delivery was very fast, it was delivered the next working day. Very happy overall.

I find the best way to judge a company is how they deal with issues.
There was a small issue with the Dehumidifier I purchased but when I contacted Sous Vide Tools, their customer service eas excellent. They dealt with the situation extremely quickly, without issue and fully resolved the issue beyond my expectations.
I have also found the quality of all the Sous Vide Tools I have to be excellent and have really enjoyed using them to hugely improve my food prep, storage and taste.

I bought a vacuum sealer from Sous Vide Tools and absolutely love it - it is a life-changer because it has effectively doubled the available space in my freezer (no more wasted air space per pack). It’s a nice tool and I trust them enough to buy replacement vacuum bags from them too.
