South Arbor Charter Academy Reviews 

This is an amazing school, filled with people, both parents and staff, devoted wholeheartedly to every child's success. From start to finish, academics to behavior, this school offers and delivers everything any child needs. I feel like a lottery winner because our son attends South Arbor, and am happy to be part of the school family!

The school is focused on the kids giving respect and learning. The teachers have you feel like they are truly interested in the education of the child.

Would recommend to anyone! Great teachers, great programs. Help wth all kids

Wish the after-school daycare programs were of same quality. I would sincerely request to consider some change of school time so that kids with both working parents don't see such a long school day. Usually 7:15-6:00 PM for our kindergartener.

This school is like a family with so many caring teachers. So much time is spent making sure all children are excelling.

Excellent Performance

I truly love sending my kids to South Arbor, it is a fantastic school!

I am amazed at what my second grader has learned in the three months he's been attending here! He loves going to school now and has excelled in all subjects. Math used to be his worst subject and now it's his favorite. I am thankful for being able to be a part of this school system and will be bringing my daughter when she reaches school age.

I got two children at South Arbor and this is our third year there. We are so impressed and proud of all the hard work towards educating our children to excellence. We have not regretted one day about sending our children there. This school is awesome. All the staff working there is great, they truly care about the students like they are their own children. I'm proud to be a South Arbor parent.

The only complaint I have is in regards to the drop off/pick up process. The staff does their best to keep things flowing well but at times things get jumbled due to a new person directing traffic or parents not paying attention/getting impatient.

All in all, South Arbor is great. Our family loves it and I speak highly of it on a regular basis!

Love my daughter's teacher, but certain administrators we're not very pleasant when handling problems. Had several incidents not addressed or made me feel as if I was at fault, ie: receiving text messages even after typing (yes) for them. The short lunch time is extremely frustrating. in short, I have a great experience with my daughter's teacher, but the school as a whole, I'm not a fan of.

I am mostly satisfied with South Arbor. My experiences and my children's experiences with the staff have been wonderful.
My only concern at this time is the limited time for lunch and recess. I recognize that South Arbor is not the only school with shorter lunch and recess times and that this is a trend in education. Unfortunately it is a trend that is detrimental to student development. I'd like to see South Arbor buck the trend!

I really like South Arbor. I like that they encourage parent involvement in the school. The ability to look online and check grades is also wonderful!

South Arbor is a great school with a wonderful community of teachers and parents. We love and appreciate Mrs. Bondy's leadership and the fact that she is a proud Spartan! :)

My one child has some special needs. I have always been told that charters do not take care of those with special needs except they do! Excellent teachers and staff.

I would highly recommend South Arbor to anyone looking for a high quality education for their children. This school has high academic and high behavioral expectations. Students are surrounded by other students and families that are here to learn as well. The kids are well-mannered and self-motivated. It shows in everything they do - academics, athletics, music, drama, clubs, etc.

We couldn't be any happier with our choice of sending our child to South Arbor!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with South Arbor. The teachers and staff have been exceptional. From kindergarten through 8th grade, South Arbor employees have consistently gone above and beyond. We look forward to the same now with our kindergartener as he begins his education with our highest hopes for an excellent education.
