Great guy, Reverb has been serviced.
Always willing to help out, he even tried to sort out at a last minute my DT swiss shock, which he doesn't service.
He's getting much busier so that speaks volumes to me as so many people are using him now to service their forks and shocks.
I would thoroughly recommend the service.

I've been a customer of Grant and Southcoast Suspension now for a good few years, I think i was one of the first customers to use him, and so far i have had 11 faultless services, a great process with a warranty claim with Rockshox that he had nothing to do with the sale of the item but still worked for me to get the warranty dealt with. I am writing this in response to the previous post to assure people that Grant - a mountain biker himself discussed the comps with a lot of people, ran the 1st one, listened to the feedback and changed it, then although it was great as his daughter use to draw the tickets their were still complaints so he to it to an "OFFICIAL" draw company so that there was no way it could be a fixed draw so again listening to the people and making it even more secure. The 6k dream bike - yes it is really that!! win your dream bike with everything from wheels to forks and seat post etc etc total it all up yourself and you will see its a genuine 6k bike and then if not all the 6k is spent there are then 2,3,4th place prices of forks, seat posts or shocks. The whole idea that this is a scam is complete crap, Grant could not be more genuine in the fact he wants to give someone the chance to win their dream bike. Well done grant for starting on your own and making it a success - the hard work has paid off! Ignore the negativity and just keep growing mate!

Serviced the bouncy bits on my Pivot and provided a first class job. I only live 20 miles from his workshop so i just took the bike down there and he did the rest.
I have no hesitation in recommending Southcoast Suspension, and will be taking my new bike there for servicing from now on.

I dropped my bike off to Grant last week for a derailleur replacement, a spoke replacement and a service to both the front and rear shocks. I'm not collecting the bike until the end of this week so I can't say to much about his work yet, he came very highly recommended and the fact that he gave me a man hug when I first met him leads me to believe that he's a genuine top bloke 👍🏼

Always a fast turnaround and does exactly what is asked or needed. Also went the extra mile get a newly developed cartridge for my KS seat-post on warranty. I would highly recommend this chap.

Excellent – no reservations at all about the quality of servicing from SCS - I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get decent quality work at a fair price.

Excellent service! Sent my KS seatpost in for service a while ago. Grants work was faultless and very quick! Grant now looks after all my suspention and seatpost needs!

I've used South Coast Suspension for years and have no reservations to thoroughly recommend them.
I know dozens (possibly hundreds) of local riders who would not consider going anywhere else to get their boingy bits serviced.
SCS have that elusive thing missing from other modern businesses: good old-fashioned personal service. With so many options, so many standards and huge advances in bike stuff, it's hard to know what you need doing. South Coast Suspension know this and know the difficulties we all have with the complexity of things nowadays, and they're happy to simply talk through your options and make sure you're happy.

Top notch company. Always happy to help with any suspension queries and he works wonders on the servicing side as well. Ply him with Jaffa cakes and he's yours! Grant did a fantastic job bringing my KS Dropper post back to life after a muddy winter had pretty much wrecked the internals. He went the extra mile and took the time to repair a part I had already said I would pay to be replaced if necessary - how many firms would do that?
First time I contacted him I was in desperate need of a seatpost bolt for a KS, not easy to get hold of, especially not in a hurry - Grant had one in the post for me that day, and at a minimal cost (are you listening Specialized??!!).
Nice guy to deal with on the phone and knows his onions with the kit - highly recommended.

Excellant service, would recommend to anyone. This guy knows his stuff. Great turnaround and great value for money. He also runs the 'Dream Bike' Competition which our friend won! He picked his bike and it was delivered to him.. Amazing a 6k bike for a £3 ticket... We always enter now better odds than the lottery.
