Lianne is great. She is professional and friendly and our dog Marley always comes out looking absolutely lovely. If anyone needs a dog groomer don't go anywhere else!

I regularly use Lianne, she is the best, my dog always comes out looking amazing. She always welcomes him with open arms and fusses over him which he loves. He is always happy to go to her and always comes out of the groom happy. Would 100% recommend

Lianne was amazing with Buddy Bear, he relaxed really quickly and looks lovely. The after care and advice has been really helpful. We have worked hard on his reactivity but never expected him to enjoy his spa day as much as he did.

We have a nervous noise reactive bully who is a big baby however, she absolutely loves Lianne. Our girl always comes home happy, looking and smelling amazing.Lianne gives your dog the time it needs and that for us is what our girl needed. I do not worry about leaving her, I know she's in the best of hands.
I wouldn't go anywhere else and we trust her with our girl.

Lianne has been amazing with our reactive dog. He is a bigger breed but nothing fazes Lianne and she handles him very well, managing to groom and help desensitise him with noticeable results. We are very grateful for everything she has done to build his confidence and will continue to visit Lianne on a regular basis.

We were originally recommended to Lianne after 2 separate groomers refused to groom Toby because of his behaviour.
On his initial desensitisation session, she was able to trim his face, something no one had been able to do before then - even us! He comes out looking great every time.
We recommend Lianne to everyone, especially those with dogs that don’t like being groomed.

Lianne is amazing with our Boo, he's basically scared of the world and because of his size can be intimidating to people when he reacts. Lianne gives him time and space to be himself and he's happy with her. He doesn't even need his muzzle when he's with her. She is the only person I feel happy and safe leaving him with. Plus he's all fresh and looking and smelling beautiful when he comes home.

Lianne, is so good with my dog Hope. She understands that Hope is not keen on being groomed, and will give advice on how I can improve this. Always a good professional job .

Lianne was great. She is the first one to complete my dogs nail trimming with out him being stressed. She did a wonderful job and I will be going back for her to do her magic again!

This was Harry’s first groom with Lianne. Harry is 10 months old and can’t sit still lol. Boy did Lianne do an amazing job. I have an American Bulldog and honestly, I wouldn't take her anywhere else! These guys are amazing and patient with her as my dog is nervous of the dryer. They are always friendly and chatty to me and my wife with some amazing advice too. Excellent customer service and very professional groomers! Our Afs always come out sparkling and smelling amazing! Highly recommended these guys!

Lianne is the most amazing, patient groomer with my boy. He has really struggled with the grooming process since he was young and always had to be muzzled, even then the groomers couldn't get through a groom because he was thrashing around as he was so uncomfortable.
Lianne has totally transformed this with one desensitisation session and 3 or 4 grooms. Each one got progressively easier for my boy and he now muzzle free and happy to be groomed.
I travel from Kent to Southend to see Lianne and it is so worth it, I have total trust and confidence in her and so does my boy!

Fantastic! As always lianne is amazing with our nervous Buddy. He loves her and always comes back so clean and fresh. Lianne is patient with him and really takes the time to make him feel comfortable and at ease.

Our appointment with Lieanne was friendly, welcoming and warm. She did very good job with Oscar fur and nails. He came back with shiny coat and nice brushed ears. He was happy to see us but also Lieanne say he was a good boy. We will be back to you soon.

Excellent experience! It was my dogs 1st time at groomers and he came out looking and smelling great. Cannot recommend this service enough, we will certaintly be returning.

Took Kyra in for a little wash and scrub as she’s a messy little 5 year old GSD, over the moon with the treatment she recieved, came out looking and smelling like a new dog lol, will 100% book again and highly recommend to anyone, thank you Lianne.

This groomer takes time to get to know your dog, which puts the dog at ease making nail clipping a pleasant experience. Thoroughly recommend this grooming salon and Lianne.

We saw Leanne with our dog Rolo yesterday. It was for a desensitisation session to get him used to everything that goes with being groomed. It went really well mainly due to Lianne being sensitive to Rolos needs & knowing how to ease him in gently. I'm just gutted that we don't live nearer to carry on with Leanne as I believe that a full groom could have been achieved at the next appointment.
