£236 Ebay purchase from this company of corrugated roofing. Two weeks later and nothing received. No response to any emails enquiring as to what is going on or where the roofing is and no explanation for wait, etc. Instead, another organisation apparently only now fabricating the roofing (this is standard corrapol roofing so cannot see why none just in stock) and won't be out for delivery yet. Useless. Avoid. Apparently could not care less about the customer.

Unfortunately, we have fallen below our usual levels of service on this particular occasion. In regards to stock levels, there are many variations of colour, sizes and thickness. We cannot guarantee having all stock at all times, in some scenarios when stock levels are lacking we ask the manufacturer to ship the stock directly to the customer. In any case, we will endeavour to do better in future and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
