Very nice but limited to 20 when government said 30

Unfortunately the funeral took place during the COVID 19 pandemic so we were only allowed 20 people to attend but the amazing and courteous service we received was beyond all our expectations from the Blaby Co Operative funeral service and the staff at south Leicester crematorium it made such a sad occasion much more bearable many thanks to all concerned

Very lovely place to say goodbye to loved ones. Peaceful & quiet. Did not feel rushed in anyway.

The service that we had was extremely excellent could not fault it

The memorial was a lovely service, it’s a shame everyone wasn’t there that wanted to be but that is no ones fault.

Under the difficult Covid-19 restrictions, we were treated very warmly, with staff being very accommodating.
The location is very quiet and peaceful and what really stood out was the time we had as a family to reflect and remember our mum. There was no feeling that we had to rush off so the next group could arrive. That time was very important, especially in these strange times.

I was pleased with every aspect of the service provided and the facilities. The building is modern and felt clean, light and airy which is exactly what I was looking for rather than some of the more "traditional" facilities which to me feel grim and overbearing. The grounds are also lovely, I stood watching the fountain for quite a while before the service. Everything was done with all due respect and diligence. Thank you.

This facility is bright, clean and efficient. At a difficult time the facility makes the experience as pleasant as possible. It can never be enjoyable, but because of the beauty of the surroundings, you do feel far more relaxed. Thank you so much for making my Mother's funeral a celebration and not an unpleasant memory

i thought the crematorium was wonderful in and nice and peaceful setting. unfortunately the funeral director Charlotte Graham and daughters Broughton Astley were a complete shambles from start to finish

South leicester memorial was a very professional company and treated us all with dignity and respect, such a lovely place and lovely people
