I ordered Samsung creator edition pen and for last week they are just processing and not even shipped this is a fake site don’t buy from here even I lost my Rs9000

Pros:
South Port is doing excellent service. Nice packing. Original sealed product i received today. Samsung s23 5G original orange silicone case. I loved it. Thank you south port.

Cons:
Customer care to be improved & Delay in transport to be minimised.

It is abig scam no shipping on time and no response no refund option if you shop in south port.in website you may receive or "may not receive product". Just loose hope of your money paid for order in southport.in website

I loose nearly 7000 indian repess by experience iam saying

Ordered from them on 26 april with full payment and they have not yet shipped the product as of 7 May. There is no way to reach them either thru phone call, whatsapp or even raising a ticket. THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY

I ordered Samsung S24 ultra original case for 4499/- on April 29th 2026, and As per southport Prepaid order, within 24hrs of product dispatch. Still it is under processing stage, And i received a mail on the same day of order that it was dispatched.
But the docket no of bluedart they have shared still it's showing no records on bluedart website. Hereby I attached screenshot of both. I think Southport is a scam website. I can't able to contact them through mail or even contact number and WhatsApp too. I can't able to cancel the order too.

Lead time for the Order could have been informed upfront. Need to wait for almost 2 days to know the Order Status and the Shipment Status

Available of genuine cases are a great thing which I like most.

Genuine seller of OEM Samsung accessories.
Product arrived in well well-packed outer shell and was well protected with bubble wrap, packing board, etc.
Placing the order on the website was a breeze. I reduced 1 star as there is no direct option to contact them in case there is any doubt. You have to raise a ticket and wait for more than 24 hours to get an answer. Apart from this, the experience was good.
