We had this transfer booked months in advance through another company that subcontracted the job to this provider. Despite having plenty of time to raise any concerns, they cancelled at the very last minute, leaving eight passengers stranded.

Their excuse was that they needed photos of the luggage, even though the booking had been confirmed for months. Asking for luggage photos only at the last minute is completely unprofessional and suggests poor planning on their part.

This caused unnecessary stress and disruption. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you need a reliable service, as they cannot be trusted to honour confirmed bookings.

Totally recommend this taxi firm for clear communications, prompt service, clean car and polite, helpful driver.
Making the advance booking was straightforward, follow-up communication from the company was reassuring, driver sent text to let us know he was on his way, arrived in timely fashion, in suitable vehicle (we noticed other companies cramming luggage round and on top passengers!) driver was very helpful with bags, and it was a good smooth journey.

From the first time I contacted this company I got such prompt responses with answers to my questions.
My booking could not have gone any smoother - I changed my pickup time a few days beforehand and got an immediate response confirming the new details. I was also contacted the day before confirming all my booking details & a contact number. The morning of the pickup the driver himself contacted me to confirm his arrival time & also gave me his contact details which came in very handy as we had an awkward pickup point but because I could speak to him it went really smoothly.
We are using this company again for our transfer back to Heathrow in a couple of days time & have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to future clients
