Purchased a North Face winter coat on sale. Don't usually buy before I've tried an item on, but the size guides were excellent and turned out to be spot on to reality. Postage was free and although the delivery estimate was almost ten days from buying, the item turned up a whole week early. Also nice to see a prepaid returns label included with the paperwork, reassuring that I could have returned the item free of charge and with minimal hassle if I'd have wanted to. Also, they take Paypal, so no doubts about the security of payments.
