Napoleon bbq order. Sign of good company when something goes wrong and gets sorted quickly. Bbq badly damaged on arrival but I am sure this was the courier. Immediate responses over email and replacement organised within a day. Many thanks

Through no fault of Southwood Garden Centre there was a problem with the carrier failing to deliver our parcel. I contacted the garden centre and they immediately tried to resolve the issue. When we finally received the order, one of the items was damaged despite being well packed but it was swiftly replaced at no additional cost to us.

All my emails were promptly responded to and we are really pleased with the items ordered at a great price. Exceptional customer service to resolve the issues caused by the carrier. Will definitely consider buying from here again.
