Booking was simple and done in timely manner. But correct deposit was not taken and a day later a complete stranger phoned up asking for my card number to pay the extra. I would normally expect an email or link to do this. Unprofessional especially over a weekend

Exceptionally friendly and efficient service, backed up with concise paperwork via email. This is not the first time we have used Sovereign and likely not the last.
